Scheduled for regular checkup (hearing tested for any changes in hearing level, hearing aids cleaned and checked. Danielle answered all my questions and shared information on new high tech aids for me to consider in very near future, and even let me try them out). Customer service was exceptional, including receptionist!!

Dr. Danielle Hoenig is awesome!I’m a professional musician, and needed full shell impressions created so I can send them off to an In-ear monitor company for custom IEMs.At first, I was going to try and go through my hospital system, and locate a Ears/Nose/Throat doctor. None of their offices responded, and 9/10 I would have had to wait months to be seen.Dr. Hoenig graciously reviewed the IEM company’s requirements for the ear impressions I forwarded to her office.My hearing assessment and impressions were done within 20 minutes. I was able to leave her office and ship my ear impressions off immediately.For any musicians needing ear impressions for professional In-ear monitors, I highly recommend Dr. Hoenig.
