I did my research and had consulted with several different doctors before choosing to travel from Michigan to Ohio. The staff, the doctors and the whole medical team was very knowledgeable, caring and kind! I absolutely hate going to the dentist and the doctor was able to talk with me and helped me get through my procedure. If you're looking for the best dentist who will listen to you and will allow you make the choices that you want for yourself and your body; then this dentist office is for you. I am very picky with what I put in my body and have learned not all dentist are aware of the materials that go into body can become toxic. This office offers the more holistic health approach for there patients. 10/10 !

If I could give zero stars I would. I had an infection of the two back molars, I had been taking antibiotics that got rid of the facial swelling and pain. The first dentist I saw took X-Rays and referred me to an endodontist to evaluate for root canals on both molars. The endodontist said I needed three root canals, said no teeth need to be removed. So I decided to get a third opinion from a biological/holistic dentist, I did a Google search and randomly chose Cleveland Center for Integrative Dentistry.The evaluation cost $498 out of pocket and included all X-Rays and a cleaning. I was scheduled to have an appointment with Dr. Pastouk. When I entered the dental office I was greeted by Dr. Pastouk at the front desk, I told him I had an appointment for 9:30 AM. He said ok and I was given Dr. Alfathi instead and was not given a reason why. Dr. Alfathi walked into the office and the very first question she asked was what is my occupation. I found this question to be odd as a first question for someone who is dealing with a severe tooth infection. I felt I was being sized up for how much money they could extract from me. After taking a lot of X-Rays and pictures and the dentist inspected my teeth and mouth, Dr. Alfathi sat me in the office and gave me an evaluation of the issues she diagnosed. I was in for a total shock.Dr. Alfathi said about 5 teeth need to be removed, in addition to my two back molar teeth that my two front teeth have an infection that could go to my brain and they need to be removed, I never had a single issue with my front teeth nor did the previous dentist or endodontist say I had an infection with my front teeth. She also said I need to get my slight underbite corrected with surgery (I never had a problem and no doctor ever said I needed surgery) and that I had tongue tie. At 48 years old, never in my life had I ever been told I had tongue tie. I asked her what led her to believe I had tongue tie and she rudely said I need to go and get educated about tongue tie and didn’t speak about it further. I looked up tongue tie on my phone and did not have a single symptom. The dentist leaves and the manager comes in with a print out of what I need done and the cost for it. The print out ONLY showed extraction for the two back molars, bone grafting and two ceramic dental implants and crowns. The cost to extract the two molar teeth with bone graft is $4,407!!!!!!! The two dental implants cost $10,489, total cost for all is $14,896!! Their price for the teeth extraction is outrageous! My locaI dentist said they charge $200 a tooth for removal and $800 for bone grafting for both teeth, $1200 total compared to $4,407!! I asked the manager about why the dentist did not include on the print out the removal of the two front teeth that were supposed to be so infected and dangerous to my health, she said that will be addressed at another appointment. Also, I asked what about the other teeth that need to be extracted, jaw surgery, tongue tie, etc?? She said that would be addressed in future appointments. I asked the manager for the dentist to put all of the issues I was diagnosed with to be put in writing and given to me including cost. She said she will ask the dentist to do so, I still haven’t received anything in writing as of now. Also, another thing that was disturbing, when I passed by the front desk when leaving I heard the female workers laughing at a patient’s picture on their computer, one woman said the picture looked like a mug shot and laughed. It could have been my picture or one of the patient profile pictures. Totally unprofessional! THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD AT A DENTIST OFFICE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! Now I see why people are fearful of going to the dentist. I would never recommend this dentist even to my worst enemy.

For being deathly afraid of dentists, I was oddly calm here. The full evaluation, the consultation and clear and concise care plan to move forward was amazing. The girls are knowledgeable and friendly and the Doctors were incredibly professional. It's very clear they all have your best interest in mind. I highly recommend

Can’t say enough about Dr Pastouk and his team. I’ve been very happy with him as my dentist and also Tamara Higgs who works with me on my myofunctional issues in conjunction with Dr Pastouk. The teamwork is incredible and I love that they also educate me. It’s important to them that I understand what’s happening and how I got here.

Dr.Pastouk and his team do a good job of making me comfortable since going to the dentist isn’t the most pleasant experience for a lot of people. I got a couple of crowns and they are the nicest crowns I’ve ever had. Dr. Pastouk has a good sense of humor which helps me relax. If I need adjustments to my bite they are quick to get my in and fix it. He also does procedures that insure that keep me free of bacteria and infections.

I've had a superb experience at Cleveland Center for Integrative Dentistry! I was nervous about the dental work I needed and also searching for a holistic practitioner. I couldn't be more pleased with the professional quality of service and the kind, compassionate staff that has helped me along every step of the way. I'm very grateful that my smile and confidence has been restored ? Thank you Dr. Pastouk, Dr. Alfathi and all the wonderful staff at Cleveland Center for Integrative Dentistry!

Dr. Dania Pastouk asked if I could come in early on my app so she could get of early from work. I saw it as a favor and in return I just hopped to have high quality from her part. Dr. Pastouk was chatting with her employer about some personal things and people. It was very uncomfortable. It’s like you don’t exist because they cover you up, but people are talking like you don’t exist about things you shouldn’t hear. I was making noise and moving my hand because Dr. Pastouk was in a rush and didn’t even try to not unnecessarily injure my gums which only truly excellent Doctors do. Most doctors that only care for the money and have no pride in what they do will tell their patients “gum recession in procedures is inevitable”. That is a lie and unfortunate that in our country we don’t have pride and high standards of practice compared to other countries. I had bad gum recession after only 1 procedure of amalgam removal by Dr. Dania Pastouk. I rather spend $2,000 in Mexico boarder by high quality Holistic Dentist than $7,000 in Integrative Dentistry by Dr. Pastouk having personal conversations over you while I’m trying to get their attention because my gum was in horrible pain and on top of this Dr. Dania would ask me questions knowing I couldn’t speak because of all the stuff in my mouth. I was willing to pay $5,000 over the price just to stay local even though I was recommended a Dentistry in Mexico by few of my friends that get all their big procedures done there. For the remaining of the procedure I’ll go the Dentistry in Mexico and have a short vacation too with the money that I would’ve spent here. ??

Don't go here! I spent thousands of dollars on procedures that I didn't need. I was told that I had periodontal disease and needed a root scaling and was also told that two fillings were bad and needed replacement. Stupid me did the root scaling and filling replacement. When they said I needed a wisdom tooth removed, I took my xrays (done before root scaling and filling replacement) to another dentist AND a periodontist/oral surgeon. BOTH said that my fillings hadn't needed replacement, BOTH said I don't have periodontal disease and that neither would have recommended root scaling, and BOTH said my wisdom tooth is fine. So I wasted time and thousands of dollars on procedures that were absolutely not necessary. I was also told by Cleveland Center that I had a serious problem with my tongue tie and that I needed surgery. I have had two dentists and two ENT's (so 4 other doctors) say that my tongue tie is minimal and not causing any issues. Thank God I didn't fall for that one as that would have been thousands of dollars more for surgery and their required oral physical therapy. Seriously, don't go to this place!!!!

Its a shame when you have a staff that can't answer questions. They probably don't take dental insurance but just cash or credit card to simply not having to service people of different race. It's a insult to me dental insurance is just as good as someone using a credit card.

9-15-22 had my 1st appt with the Dentist and staff. They were all so kind, helpful and understanding. 4 to 5 hours of consulting, xrays, cleaning and consulting on what my needs are and their plan of action. The office and staff so far was "scent free" which is huge for my issue being chemical reactive. I say thank you to the entire staff for making my 1st encounter as safe and reactive free as possible. Thank you to Kaylin that did such a great job cleaning my teeth they have not been cleaned for 3 years. I sure gave her a "workout" she was so kind and pleasant throughout the entire cleaning. I had the most extensive mouth tongue examine ever in my 65 yrs. They are true professionals with a heart. They were all very compassionate for my "special needs" . I am blessed to have found this practice.

I had my initial consultation with Dr. Pastouk and the team and Cleveland Center for Integrative Dentistry. I was very impressed with each and every person I came in contact with. I learned so much ( how do other dentists not know this or share this info?), have an action plan, and are starting to work thru the scheduling of it all. I am a long distant client and they are being very flexible to set up my appointments so that I can get a lot done in a single visit.I highly recommend Dr. Pastouk and the CCID!

Dr Pastouk did my adult tongue tie release and he did an amazing job. He trained under Dr Zaghi and is a very skilled dental surgeon. You won't find a nicer or more caring dentist. After my release he came out to me to ask if I wanted some holistic medicine, then opened it and dispensed it into my hand because it was tricky packaging. Myofunctional therapy with Tamara is priceless. An all-around wonderful practice!
