In town a few times a year for work. The employees are super nice! Caprese salad tastes like a rubber tire. Stick to just the groceries that aren't pre-made.

I felt sorry to have chosen this store versus Whole Foods. I had a horrible experience starting from the manager of the store and the employees had similar despotism disrespecting condescending attitude toward customers. I would have chosen cero stars if available. There will be no surprise if this store closes the doors soon! All of them have an attitude of superiority and idleness! Very sorry to have experience it!

Doing less charging more : ( Is this beginning of the end? We have always loved heinens, but lately not so much, we have gotten bad fruit several times, the new pos self serve system is a POS. Prepared foods closed early, and just a general shift in employee service. We shop primarily at Mayfield Village, but sometimes in Chagrin Falls.

Expired drinks on shelves, Expired food, And rude employees. The man ringing up my groceries, his name was Larry, didn’t even say hello to me. And then he proceeded to make comments about the candles I was buying “16 dollars for this?” He then shook his head. He made me feel bad about the money I was spending, I’m very unimpressed with this store.

Expired food on shelves; male employees make me move for them when I’m shopping, or run into me.A lot of cashiers are nice, but I’ll notice that some of them greet the person in front of me very nicely, and then don’t talk to me at all, and then the person after me they will greet nicely. Not sure what’s up with that?The automatic checkouts are slower than the machines at other grocery stores, making automatic checkout pointless for time saving.

Just had the turkey and mashed potatoes from the prepared foods and it was Outstanding!! This was the best prepared meal I have ever had there!! Hopefully this meal is here to stay!!

Great Job ? The Staff was professional when I needed an issue to be addressed and the Young Lady who is a Cashier was professional and courteous as well so I will come back again. 12/30/23.

Have been going to this store for years, always a great experience. Decided to leave a review today because I had to call the store to check on something, and their hold music was a lineup of absolute bangers. Transferred from customer service? Hang out with Duran Duran for a minute. Meat department has to check on something? That’s cool, Phil Collins will sooth your anxieties about whether sliced sirloin showed up on the truck today. 10/10 would recommend, will return tomorrow to dance in the bread aisle

I never thought I'd be leaving a not so good review at this store, but I bought some crablegs brought them home and by the time I thawed them out,all the clumps of ice and white fat clumps stuck to them, they lost 3 quarters of a poud,might not seem like much but at 20 dollars a pound that's quite a loss
