“This store feels like some guy named Joe, that is an absolute legend, handcrafted every single thing in the store. This is like if aldis and Whole Foods had a cooler, less pretentious sibling. Cheaper, cleaner, better than most. Thanks to the amazingly fun and preppy staff for always helping and knowing where everything is. The best grocery there is. Drive from Ashtabula all the way to here for the experience and value.”

I trust their meats and deli products as being top quality! Their staff are always knowledgable and friendly. If they don't know an answer they always confirm with someone else. “This place is Mentor's hidden gem! This is one of those places that doesn't need to be fancy they just make good food.Their Pastrami Tsunami is my absolute favorite! I pass this place and can almost taste their Pastrami Tsunami. It is literally the best sandwich I have ever had in my life and I've been around a while so I have many sandwiches under my belt. (Literally) fresh baked bread, outstanding Pastrami, provolone cheese and a sweet coleslaw. Honestly, I'm not one who likes coleslaw but this sandwich makes it taste like heaven. The flavors and products you can get here are all top notch. Their stuffed peppers, Stromboli, pizza, and Italian beef are all some of our other favorites. The atmosphere gets 4 stars because they interior could use an update and all of their products are kind of spread out in a wonky way. You can buy fresh made pasta and breads if you go towards the dining room. The walls are lined with coolers and racks of authentic and house made products you can buy and make your kitchen a little Italy. I would love to see them expanse their menu to dinner entrees because they would be the best in town.”
“Oat Porridge sourdough bread from Quebec Canada is the most phenomenal bread that I've ever had. I wanted to request that this will be considered a bread that will be a regular staple. Truly one of a kind. I hope to see it again at Sweetberry!”

“Has a good selection of European foods. Wide variety of teas, pelmenis, drinks (non alcohol options included), herring, caviars, spreads. Prices are similar to other stores in the neighborhood. Glad to see this place open up to offer customers more options and selections of European foods. Great addition to the neighborhood.”

“Lots of interesting food choices, way more than any other supermarket. Biggest cheese selection I have ever seen anywhere. Lots of ready to eat food too. Very clean and friendly. One down point. Bought some blue cheese potato pancakes and they had no flavor of blue cheese. Actually not much taste at all.”
“This is our spot! My husband and I are there a minimum of twice a day each! The staff behind the counter are always friendly and good for a quick Convo. It's a tad pricey but I prefer paying more for good service. Always our first choice to stop.”
“The store is great overall. They have a nice selection of different food and household items.
My only minor complaint is that there are usually not enough registers open during peak times. I adjust the times I shop to avoid a crowd or long lines but around holidays and weekends, this cannot be avoided.
The staff is very nice and helpful.
Update: Found the first rude worker, Rashawna. Barely mumbled good morning to me, dropped my receipt on the ground, was focused on everything but checking me out. It takes years to get a customer and much less to lose them.”
“I went in there for one of their delicious subs. I walked out with some amazing cannolis too!! I love the hot pepper relish they use and the guy informed me they make it daily and do sell it. So I got some hot and some mild to try! I love this place and all of the variety they have!! Everyone was super friendly in each area (bakery, deli and register)”
“This store is every well stocked. Each time I find something new to me and I try it out. The prices of goods are very competitive even lower than most other chains. I love their international meat and cheese choices, plus their pre-made selection is a step above the rest. I can't recommend Aldi enough to save money and have quality product in your home.”

“The store is neat, clean and well stocked. The store only has one cashier to check customers out while everything else is self checkout. A lot of people have their carts completely full and there's not enough space for the self checkout. The cashier was very nice. I felt bad for her since the line was so long.”
“Absolutely love this location and the staff! The wine tasting area is such a great touch and I love the seating to be able to enjoy a glass and whatever I feel like purchasing to eat that day. The cafe style eatery is so convenient for when I don't feel like cooking. I would love to see some wine tasting events to be held here - would definitely attend!”
“Got into a culinary rut and decided to try my hand at my favorite cuisine. The only problem was that I needed a bunch of spices that I didn't have. Found Lakshmi Plaza and headed off. I was able to locate everything I needed (and then some!) with no problem. The prices were very reasonable and the products are high quality.The employees are helpful and the store is very well laid out and bright and airy. I had to go back today for a couple of other things and found out that there are fresh samosas on Saturdays! They were excellent. We'll definitely be back!”

“I've been coming to this particular Heinen's for 4 years, been a Heinen's shopper in general for twenty plus years. Today I stopped in for some supplements and something occurred to me - any time I am looking for something throughout the store, the only department where someone asks if I need help, is the wellness department. No other employees even say hello or speak to you, just the wellness department. This is true of every Heinen's I've been to. While I am not complaining, perhaps the rest of the store could learn from this.”
“Shopped at the Produce Place today for some deli products and fruit. My hubby and I are so impressed by the outstanding quality and reasonable prices we paid! The strawberries, smoked turkey, and salami and brown sugar ham were much better quality-wise (just so very fresh and delicious) than Marc's or Aldi's, where we typically shop and the cost was less (there was a deli sale). Also, the staff at the deli and cashier were extremely courteous and helpful and friendly, which was a delight! They also have some amazingbakery products ... Amish products and imported products ...which we will definitely take advantage of next time we visit! So many other neat things we did not expect. Can't wait to visit again!”
“This grocery store has really good takeoutWe got pizza (no picture) but it was really delicious and they made it on the spot .We got ready made sushi and it was really good and tasted very fresh.I got muffins i liked the blueberry muffin more than the cappuccino.Their soft chocolate chip cookies are delicious. And their rugalach were very good.And the mushroom borekas were a big hit.Potato borekas were very nice.”
“Great selection of balsamic and other vinegars and top-quality olive oils, as well as all sorts of dishes, tools, pasta, sauces, and accompaniments. Friendly staff, prices are fairly reasonable with different sizes of bottles for sale ($7 for mini, $14 for a nice size), love the atmosphere and the ability to taste the different oils and vinegars with little tasting cups. You're encouraged to sniff, taste, and buy. Friendly staff who are approachable and knowledgeable. Would visit again for all my balsamic needs!”
