Tim and Dave are awsome. These guys know their stuff, if they are unsure about anything they will tell you to give them a minute, and they will do research and tell you exactly what it is. I highly recommend, and pricing is affordable.

Way overpriced, slow, and don't communicate with customers.
I needed them to replace my alternator. They charged me $850 to replace my alternator. $450 for a $250 rebuilt alternator (priced from the 2 nearest auto parts stores... a $200 markup), and additional $400 for labor, which consisted of testing the battery of spending 20 minutes to loosen 2 bolts and a wiring harness (I know how easy it is because I replaced it myself 3 years prior). And to make things worse, it took them 3 days, when they said it would be done in 1 day. They never gave me any updates, and I had to call them each day before they closed to ask if my car was ready. And you can't call them after hours to leave a message because they don't have an answering machine. Although, They were pleasant to deal with, and took my car in without an appointment, so I gave them 2 stars.
Update: I'm downgrading to one star since they replied to this review saying they "only put on OME parts," and charged me for new alternator, but the one the put in is labeled as being a rebuilt aftermarket alternator. So they used the old bait and switch trick to rip me off.

My cars wheel was destroyed.? And that’s when I saw the amazing reviews for Tire & Wheel Automotive Service Center. But now I can say for myself that I’m so happy I took my car here? you can’t even tell my wheel was ever destroyed ?? I will always come back here in the future, they were so kind. And unfortunately, sometimes finding trustworthy mechanics can be a little hard. But it’s always so beautiful to encounter kind people, who want to spread trust and we have them right here!??

Excellent services and crew for a fair price. I was finally able to have the noise coming from my wheel fixed after a previous mechanic tampered with it. I went to two other mechanics who weren't able to fix the problem. The last shop, I went to told me I needed to replace a whole bunch of stuff that didn't need fixing.
Once I found Tire & Wheel Automotive Service Center, problem fixed!
All in all, I would recommend their services since it's very difficult to find trustworthy mechanics. I plan on returning for a few more services. Thanks, Dave and Brandon!

I really appreciated the quality and commitment that was obvious at tire and wheel. I had a problem with my car from somebody else and they found the problem and extra issues. I left with my car intact and driving wonderfully.

Super great... I'm a traveler passing through needing truck work. I cannot overstate the service quality received from their front desk to the garage. The quality and professionalism was off the charts. The price of the work was affordable, a deal with a nice lounge and free coffee.

I heard noise when I drove yesterday. Then I found a plastic part of my RAV4 dropped from the bottom. Googled this shop nearby. I came for help. The young guy Tony is very nice. He helped me take off this part and found it broken. He didn’t charge me. What a warm and helpful person. Highly recommend this shop.

Driving thru town on vacation my car displayed a check engine. They brought out a code reader, did a quick check, verified I could continue my journey and didn't even charge me. They have my heartfelt appreciation.

Simply put, Auto & Tire Automotive Service Center is a reliable and friendly place to get your breaks repaired. Tim and Dave are honest and down to earth. I highly recommend their service.While on a trip from Chicago to New Jersey for a family wedding, the breaks on our 2013 Toyota Sienna began making a sound when used. My wife and 3 kids were already antsy about the drive, this breaks issue made them more anxious and annoyed. Not knowing the reliable service locations in the area, I put the word “breaks” in Google. We went to Meineke, a franchise name I recognized. They quoted us $600+ for new front breaks and rotors. That seemed pricey. We left and called a few other locations on the Google list. One service location we called was very busy and said they could fit us in for the following day. We couldn’t wait that long as we had to be at a wedding in NJ that next day. When we called Tire & Wheel Automotive Service Center, Tim picked up, listened to our predicament and offered to help in an expedited manner. We brought the van in, showed him the Meineke quote and Tim immediately quoted us $100 less and said that they’d be able to expedite our repair due to our schedule/need. While in the waiting area, we met Dave, a low key stand up comedian, who made every effort to make our family us comfortable, including changing TV channels and making great small talk. Both Tim and Dave are so down to earth, kind, and friendly people. As an example, during the wait for the repair to be completed a guy with a mobile food business pulled up to the repair shop and sold some food to the employees. My kids went out to buy some snacks and drinks, but when they tried to pay, Tim wouldn’t let them, he paid for my kids. I couldn’t believe how lucky we were to meet such friendly, generous, and honorable people. Our brakes were repaired in less than 2 hours and we were on the road a little while later. The repair shop also had a way to finance the repair via a 3rd party company called Snap. We were grateful to be able to have the option to finance the cost of repair, as we didn’t budget break replacements in our trip budget. The financing part took some time to go through, due to the Snap company’s lack of timely customer service, Dave and Tim did everything on their end to make the transaction go through, and it finally did work. On the way back from the wedding we made sure to stop by and bring the guys some Kristy Kreme donuts as a thank you for their k service and kindness.Services: Auto brake repair
