Clean but very slow took 30 minutes after I arrived for my order I placed online 20 minutes prior. If you don’t have staff for the kitchen it just shouldn’t be open.

Gave me the wrong order, replaced it as soon as I went back in. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was feeling rushed my entire time there. They were also pretty busy. I'll definitely be back.

I’ve never felt so unsafe in a Sheetz in my whole life. I’ve been a customer at other locations for about 7 years now and I was so excited when they opened this one in my town until I actually went there at night. It’s so bad, under stocked, poor staff, mediocre food, (you will wait forever for it and it will taste awful, you’ll be lucky if it’s warm) it’s dirty and so unsafe that the police are here all the time. This store is hands down the worst thing that has ever happened to this city I hope the city shuts them down sooner rather than later. I only bring my work truck here because I don’t want to bring my personal car here and even then I don’t like leaving it there.

The building inside and out was clean but that's where the good stops. It took them 15 mins to get the food I ordered made and I had only ordered a burger 2 frys and a wrap. While I was waiting I was taking to a door dasher that had come back in to see about getting a shake she had accident spilled in her car remade and while she was waiting my grama made a comment about the door fan being cold and the lady who was making the drinks very rudely and loudly told her that she didn't appreciate the door dasher talking about her, she clearly wasn't and there would of been no way for this lady to of even hear the conversation l, and told her that she won't remake. The door dasher then asked for a supervisor and the store manager had already gone home and the supervisor instead of correcting the rude employee instead decided to ignore the outburst and inform the door dasher that it was against their policy to remake drinks. I understand the policy to not remake drinks but what I don't understand is why the supervisor didn't correct the employee. I will not be back and I do not recommend anyone to stop here.

I get food and drinks from here all the time and everything is wonderful! I'm just a little disappointed on the fuel prices lately. They used to be competitive or even the lowest in the area most of the time. Now they are always at least 20 cents higher than the neighboring gas stations. I enjoy the one stop shop experience but it's been a while since I've gotten fuel. I have a 32 gallon fuel tank so $0.20 is a little more than $6 in savings going somewhere else. I know it's only $6 but wherever I can save I will

This place used to have great food and super nice employees. I'm not sure what happened but when one of the employees swore at me for nothing... that's when I draw the line. My food is constantly burnt by this individual also.
