Terrible customer service experience with Renee trying to open an account. We have banked many years with PNC and have many accounts. This should have been a professional positive experience. She was asking personal financial questions extremely loud, complaining about her teams support when unable to complete tasks on opening the account, and we felt it was a burden to her to have to finish opening the account. I had better experiences at the DMV. I have always appreciated PNC customer service. She is in need of much more training on how to interact with customers given the duties of a personal banker.

WARNING READ ALL-Are account was scammed someone got our checking account numbers maybe from a PNC breach, and money was stolen from our account and PNC will not take responsibility be warned it's not a safe place to put ones money.

I went in today because my debit card was not working. The teller said "what do you want me to do?" I was amazed. I've historically had good service from PNC but this was amazing. She had no idea how to check my account to see if there was an issue. There were sufficient funds and I later found out there was a system wide outage. This interaction left me very frustrated. I asked if the branch manager could help and the teller didn't even respond. I will be closing my accounts with PNC as soon as possible.

Rude teller. I asked her if she had quarters before I started the transaction, and she just glared at me. Some people just don’t belong in customer service.

Because of Covid-19, be sure to schedule an hour or more line line. It takes forever for customers to make any transactions at this branch. Nobody has their paperwork ready.

The only reason I'm giving it one star is because the wait in line because of this whole end of the world thing,. There were only two windows to drive up to and literally 42 cars that I was able to see and count it's not their fault but it still took about an hour and 15 minutes to make my house payment the tellers were extremely nice though, I was there on a Friday around 3 in the afternoon I suggest not going there on Friday possibly in the morning is better

Leah Soto is the worst banker I’ve ever dealt with, she misinformed and misguided me in some questions I had!now I’m having many troubles with the account I opened with PNC!

Great customer service. I was in and out. The girls were helpful. Indeed, it was raining and the teller Lovisha walked me to my car allowing me to use her umbrella. Awesome!!!
