The nurse here is very rude. Her name is Krystal. She asked me a question then refused to hear the answer as she cut me off mid sentence for trying to tell her. She wa sand that I told her my doctor off asked if she can fax over paper work for what I had done she had an attitude about that. Like if you hate your job find another one but what you will never do is talk to me crazy. I’m currently in the lobby calling Corparate on her.

Went to follow up for an ear infection on 9/7 and the NP was rude and unkind. Did not have any empathy for the pain and asked questions like I was stupid for wanting a change. Was condescending and would not recommend.

The NP/Dr. was rude, unkind, demeaning and so just so awful. It was the worst experience I've ever had with any Dr., NP.I brought my 5yr son for a strep test and an ear exam and the DR/NP was rude to me and my son for no reason. Once she took the strep test she wanted payment before she would release results! I let her know that I have a card on file as I entered it when I made the appt; however, I didn't have the physical card with me and that I could grab my wallet out of my car and pay with cash. She then proceeded to tell me that she has a copy of my DL as if I was going to run out the door with my sick kid without results and not pay. Completely unacceptable to treat us this way. I left in tears and will never return to this CVS min clinic. This woman should not be working with the public.

Do not understand why this place has had some bad reviews. Maybe people just go to the trouble to write a review when they are mad. Anyway, I took my elderly father to this clinic and we were treated very well. We had an appointment and were seen promptly. My father received the care he needed and we were on our way.

This was out of the way for me and I had a late night scheduled appointment. Chrystal Lipford was the nurse who took care of what I needed and she was WONDERFUL! She listened to everything I needed made it so that I had less appointments but got what I needed and in a timely manner. She was great and if you have to come here for your needs, I hope she is the one to take care of you.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Most disrespectful healthcare person I have ever talked to. More or less yelled at me for still being sick after I was given an antibiotic 2 weeks ago and didn’t get better. Left without being examined because of the horrible treatment. Trust me I would also like to know why I’m still sick that’s why I’m here…

Couldn't get past the gatekeeper. Told her I was on my lunch break. She said the healthcare provider was going to lunch in 10 minutes and wouldn't see me.

Made an appointment. Asked to get there 15 minutes early. Checked in with no one in waiting room. For over 20 minutes I sat listening to the nurse having a complaining session with her manager. Manager that was standing in the doorway was the one who was aware of me waiting (a few short glances my way during checkin and in waiting area) but choose to ignore me and then not even apologize for the wait. When your not feeling well every minute seems like an eternity. Not sure how a manager could be so disrespectful. Once in office NP was professional and quick.

Went in at noon for an ear infection . They told me they couldn't take me until 4:00 pm.So I went back at 4:00 for my appointment and the doctor called me in and asked what vaccine I was there to get. I said I am here for an ear infection and your receptionist was aware of that when she made my appointment . She even looked up the price of an ear infection appointment for me before I made the appointment .Then the doctor told me I had to reschedule because an ear infection is a half hour appointment and I was down for a covid vaccine . ????

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am a medical professional myself and if I treated my patients like the physician did here I’d be fired. Came straight from work at Hillcrest in scrubs and signed my son in for double pink eye. Said 18 min. 30 minutes later she came out am knowing I was next and told me I signed in incorrectly and took the next person. No other explanations given and shut the door. Inexcusable.. I will never walk in these doors again and I will share this with everyone in this city. You should be ashamed!
