Midas in Mayfield Heights is one of the world's most reliable providers of auto repair services. The staff at this location are amazing, incredibly courteous, and helpful, providing great customer service. Many customers report wonderful experiences, with service that is above expectations. The staff shows great kindness and has great skills with repairs. While one customer experienced an issue with a broken alignment booth on their appointment day, the situation was resolved by rebooking. The manager is noted for going way above and beyond, helping with financing and resolving issues. Work is often completed in a timely manner and at an affordable cost, and the warranties are great. Customers feel comfortable even with young children during visits and recommend this location for automobile repair and service, planning to suggest it to friends and family. Many state they will always come back.
Completed an oil change in under an hour, even after a drive through oil change service said it couldn't be completed due to stripped hardware (from dealer). Will definitely be using Midas for maintenance from now on!
