I recently visited Mattress Firm in Mayfield Heights on Lander Road, and I had a fantastic experience thanks to my sleep expert, Nathan. He was incredibly professional and made the process enjoyable with his sense of humor. We even shared a laugh about the "4 J’s," which made the shopping experience memorable ?. Nathan helped me find the perfect mattress for my sleeping style, and I couldn't be happier! Highly recommend visiting him if you're in need of a new mattress!

I had an excellent mattress-shopping experience today with Cameron guiding and offering valuable advice when needed. I thought it would be a difficult purchase, but was pleasantly surprised with how smooth it went. I think Mattress Firm in Mayfield Heights is doing an excellent service for their customers.

NATHAN FROM MATTRESS FIRM CAME TO MY HOME WITHIN 10 MINUTES AFTER I EXPLAIN TO HIM ABOUT MY NEWLY DELIVERED AJUSTABLE BED LIFT. I EXPLAINED THAT I HAD WENT TO THE MAYFIELD STORE ASKING FOR SOMEONE TO ADJUST THE LEGS ON MY LIFT TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL BECAUSE IT WAS TOO LOW. THE SALESMAN SAID I COULD ADD THE TOP PART OF EACH LEG. AFTER REMOVING THE MATTRESS I WAS UNABLE TO UNSCREW THE LEGS AND HOLD IT UP AT THE SAME TIME. NATHAN CAME AND TOOK CARE OF THE ISSUE WITH NO PROBLEM. I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE AND KINDNESS TO ALL OF MY FRIEND AND RELATIVES. NATHAN WAS OUTSTANDING THANK YOU NANCY HOLLY

Great experience! Cameron, the salesman, asked me a few questions (size, type of bed and budget). It was like the 3 Bears.. first one was too firm, second too soft, the third one was perfect...Just right. A bit more than my budget, but worth it. I was surprised the mattress came in a box so I was able to take it home!
