I just want to let you know, that Dennis at your Mayfield,Ohio store is fantastic.
Took my son there in May looking for a prom suit.
Dennis put the best outfit (suit/shirt/tie/socks/shoes/belt) together for us. My son looked fantastic on prom day/night.
Yesterday, my husband needed a suit for an upcoming wedding, so we headed to K&G again.
Dennis greeted us once again and helped us tremendously with my husband suit.
Dennis is very knowledgeable and does an excellent job with helping people.
Thank you very much, Dennis.
Also, the 2 ladies that were checking people out last night. Fantastic also, very personable and very friendly!

Great prices & Great selections. This past weekend (Saturday actually) I received the wrist service ever from one of the managers on duty. No work in fixing the problem I had or there was. As well talked really bad & foul language to me. Very unprofessional & I didn’t like it at all

My recent shopping experience at this establishment was unsatisfactory. The manager an older black male did not remove the security sensor from my son's suit, causing an alarm to sound as we exited, which was quite unsettling, especially with my children present. Further, an uncomfortable situation arose when the manager incorrectly assumed my genuine Louis Vuitton purse was store merchandise. The oversight necessitated an inconvenient return to the store, which was a disappointing reflection of the staff's attentiveness and customer service.
