Every time I visit the Cleveland area I shop at Just Vape. They somehow always remember me and what my favorite products are! The guys make you feel like a friend and visiting the shop is always a positive experience.

Honestly I came in here looking for something else they didn’t have and Tony had the best attitude ever ❤️ They didn’t have what I was looking or what I wanted, but he was so professionally polite still. They have many options im going to say still go if your in the area!!!!!

“I can’t say enough good things about Just Vape and their incredible team. From the moment I stepped into their charming store I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm. The staff was attentive, offering expert advice on all my questions and concerns regarding finding the perfect product for my needs, once we found the perfect product they proceeded to open up everything and show me how to use it properly and answer any of my questions. The cleanliness of the store was fantastic and will continue to trust Just Vape. Thank you guys again!

I don't come to Just Vape because of the prices (which are great) or the selection of products (which is vast)...I return to Just Vape because the staff is so freaking cool. There are many vape stores that are closer to me, but I will continue to go to Just Vape on Mayfield because I like the guys. I've had conversations ranging from Rick & Morty to CCW licenses. It's rare in today's divided America where one can have civil discourse...and I found that place in a vape store. How crazy is that?Just Vape on Mayfield. Best vape store around.

I read all the reviews about friendly staff that answer questions, and I was excited to check them out. So I called the store with a question before going in, and got hung up on without getting any kind of answer whatsoever. Wish I got the same service I read about. All good though, if they don’t want my business, that’s their prerogative.

Final Edit: Thank you so much to Theo, Abe and Tony for handling this situation in the upmost professional manner possible. I was issued a full refund and the product will be removed from their locations. To any customer who has had less than a satisfactory experience - I can guarantee that with proper communication Just Vape will do anything within reason required to make sure you are satisfied. Thank you again to the staff of Just Vape.A while ago I purchased a cbd vape juice for my wife. Well today she came up positive for cannabinoids. Upon further inspection of this cbd product my wife noticed paint marker on it. With a alcohol wipe I removed the paint and this is what we saw: The paint pen was used to cover up the THC free label and then sold to us without informing us that the product does contain THC. The product is "JUST CBD" cookies made by "JUST BRANDS" Hollywood FL.Edit: If you actually looked at the pictures the listed ingredients: USP grade (vg) vegetable glycerin, usp propylene glycol, natural and artificial flavoring, cannabidol (CBD). Nowhere on this bottle is there a warning that the product may contain THC. The bottle was distributed and labeled as THC free. Nowhere on this bottle does it say that it may contain THC. THC Free was covered with a marker by somebody for now obvious reasons and then sold to me the unsuspecting customer without warning that the product does contain THC.

Today was my first time visiting this store. I recently transferred jobs and needed to find a vape store in the Mayfield area. I called first to ask a question which was answered and addressed immediately. The shop location and lot are a bit crowded but the store itself is beautifully put together and has a large selection of products. The two employees working were very nice and both greeted me upon entering the store. I will be a returning customer!
