Kim may be the ultimate at customer service. But Adam is not. I don't care if "everbody and their mother" are there. I have done business with HNB almost 30 years, and expect better service than what I received today at Mayfield Hts. branch. Since you are so overbooked, you made it clear you aren't interested in my business. I will NEVER come there again.

I sat in the drive thru lane to cash and deposit a check under 100.00 for almost 30 mins. I first time going through this location drive thru assisted lane and won't do it again!!

ATM is hardly ever in service and the clerks are slow. I miss the Huntington that was in Giant Eagle go to a different branch

Avoid this location. ATMs never work. This location needs to be shutdown. Liked it better when it was inside Giant EagleWent back after work. ATMs still Out of Service. This location serves no purpose close it down!!!!!!8/1 - Day 3 - ATMS Out of Service

Huntington is notorious for horrible customer service but this location takes the cake. 10+ mins waiting in the drive through without a single car moving.

This branch of Huntington is the worst should be shut down people that work in there are jerks. The Mayfield location needs the shutdown because they steal your money playing and simple no matter what they say. Unbelievable and unacceptable horrible customer service

Drive up ATMs DO NOT WORK WHEN TRYING TO TAKE CASH OUT . BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT BALANCE AS IT GETS DEDUCTED FROM ACCOUNT EVEN THOUGH YOU NEVER RECEIVED THE MONEY. THESE PEOPLE DONT KNOW A GOD DAM THING AT ALL. THEY WILL SAY IT WILL BE REVERSED IN 24 HOURS BUT THAT US NOT TRUE . THEN YOU GOT TO CALL TO DISPUTE IT WHICH TAKES 10 DAYS . HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND CO WORKERS. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL. BETTER OFF GOING TO RICHMOND HEIGHTS LOCATION. THIS BRANCH NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN ASAP.
