“Love burn boot camp. Signed up for a year membership after only 1 class because it felt right. Instructors are motivating and helpful. Give you plenty of modified movements if you can not do a specific movement. Love the diversity of the camps, from work outs, to the other people and instructors. Glad I made the choice to become stronger and healthier with burn boot camp!”

“I really love Crooked River CrossFit! I started in their 6 week beginner course as someone with really no athletic ability at all. Coaches Marty, James, and Steve have been incredible to work with. They are really kind while they correct your form in the various movements and machines which makes me feel a lot more comfortable as a newbie. A lot of people have expectations or assumptions about CrossFit, but everything is scalable! So if you’re someone like me with minimal experience and even less athletic ability, go to Crooked River! It’s been a great experience for these past 6 weeks and I’m looking forward to continuing with them.”

“Joining OTF is for sure one of the best things I did for myself! You’re motivated by the coaches. OTF makes workout fun for you, by changing up workout everyday and using heart rate monitors. The studio is clean and cool. The staffs are friendly. I forgot my personal items in the studio a few times. They always help me put them away and even remember to return them after I forgot?”

When I recently reconnected with Michele who I hadn’t seen in 10 years, I was amazed at how wonderful and healthy she looked since the last time I saw her!! Beautiful and full of big energy inside and out!! And, of course, I asked HOW and she shared all the details and, the next thing I knew, I was signed up!Although, I’ve done many types of classes over the years, I really love the format and strategy Fit Body Bootcamp uses because it allows me to get an amazing and effective full body workout in 30 minutes and I can come to a class everyday, if my body allows it. The 30 minute classes have been incredibly helpful for me not only physically but mentally as well. My 9-5 job is extremely stressful and I often feel exhausted at the end of the day. So knowing I have the 6 pm class waiting, where not only will I see friendly faces and be surrounded by good energy, I will be welcomed by the amazing, energetic, and helpful coaches who will guide me through the scheduled exercises for the day and allow me to free up my mind for the day and totally focus on letting go and getting healthy!! And, before I know it, 30 minutes are up and all the stress of the day has magically melted away! “When I turned 40 I was very happy with the life I built. A loving wife and two amazing children. A new home and a wonderful area in chagrin falls. For the last few years since moving here. I passed Ript fitness everyday wondering “ what in the heck is going on in there?” For the past year my wife was bettering herself going to a gym working out and she fell in love with it. I finally needed to do the same. Because I was always intrigued. I went online and dove into their website. What do they do? How much? What time are the classes ? How and when can I go to class. Get kids to daycare and work? Just a bunch excuses that used to stop me. You know the normal questions a procrastinator would make. I will tell you I have completed 67 total classes and it’s just the BEGINNING. I personally started at 221 lbs and currently am 196.6 lbs. They have programs and classes 7 days a week for the busiest of busy. They have REMOTE training which I didn’t know at first. What a great way to get started. Especially if you aren’t local and can’t get to the gym and or prefer to workout from home.The best part of it all you aren’t ALONE. The men and women I have met are encouraging, motivating and are now my friends. Not only physically but mentally having people working to better themselves is very up lifting. Now to those that really make a difference. The Trainers. They are committed , kind and truly want you to reach your goals. The classes are fun the music is great. They demonstrate each workout everyday. The classes change so they keep them exciting . The equipment is top notch. They provide nutritional guidance and programs. And there is no reason not to be apart of this. Like I said it’s the BEGINNING. If you want to better yourself, challenge yourself , and or need help. I highly recommend Ript fitness. “My only complaint about F45 Solon is that I wished I would’ve joined earlier. I cannot say enough how amazing this gym is and how it has helped me not only physically become healthier but mentally as well. The coaches, members and workouts are always a highlight of my day. This gym represents members of all ages, experience and athleticism. Definitely give it a try!”

“This is a great gym, if I lived nearby this would definitely be my home gym. Unfortunately I only get to visit now and again. The owner is so helpful and the hours are great. Even the folks who go there will come up and say hello to new folks and offer to show you around/help with a new machine etc. Definitely recommend this place even for people new to lifting.”

“This gym is great, particularly if you live in Centric. I really enjoyed the Les Mills classes especially and also made use of the peloton bikes that they have.Unfortunately, I have now moved away from Cleveland and am having a trouble finding such a convenient and friendly gym in my new city.”

“Coach Tim has been an amazing boxing coach! My grandson is 6 and before he started boxing he was always in trouble in school. Kameron was seeing a therapist and they wanted to medicate him. Since he has been here no meds even started! Kameron has come a long way and I owe this to coach Tim! As long as they have this program my grandson will be here.”

“I’ve been going to CORUS45 for 2 months now and wow is this workout crazy! I typically take Pilates, yoga, and weight train but nothing works out my body the way Corus does! After taking 2 classes, I knew I needed to sign up for their membership - it’s worth every penny! The space is fun, has good energy, and you’ll get a great workout in every time. The instructors are always nice and welcoming and help you with form and modifications throughout the class.”

“I visited this Y for almost 15 years to do workouts whenever visiting my grandfather who lived nearby (I live in CT). I was always so impressed by the kindness and "family feel" of all the employees and especially by the members in the weight room.On numerous occasions, I was working out downstairs in the free weights area, and multiple members came over to me simply to say hi and introduce themselves, as they hadn't seen me there before! Wow! Can't say I've ever had that happen in CT.The Hillcrest Y is a diamond in the rough, and I'm so glad to have discovered this many years ago. Thank you to all who make it the way it is!”

“I have been going to AIM for a couple of years now, and I cannot say enough about how great it is. Tim and Alex are the owners, and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need, as well as answer any questions you might have. They are respectful and keep a very CLEAN gym. I have been training with Tim for a while now, and I have seen physical and mental improvement. I have seen a lot of progress with my body. I feel more confident when walking into a gym. Tim is very thorough when training. He makes sure to demonstrate while giving instructions and safety knowledge. Tim gives a lot of positive praise and is very supportive. “Aside from being a welcoming gym, you will not find a more dedicated personal trainer than Jordan. He will tailor sessions based on your goals and help with any physical limitations. With his constant encouragement, he’s helped me lose 60lbs, which I could never have done on my own. And best of all he makes it fun! Also sends me workouts thru the app to do on my own. “I’m lucky I stumbled upon this place during my quick stay in the area. The owner and people who work there are always really friendly and helpful, and the space is huge and clean. It’s equipped with everything you need, and I appreciate that there is more than 1 squat rack. I have not taken any classes so can’t comment on those.”

“We personally do not belong as we would not use the facilities but we have our son do swim lessons and summer camp there and are pleased with both. Brittany Z is a phenomenal swim instructor! She had our son swimming In weeks with such high confidence. Camp is very fun and the counselors are very engaging. Play with the kids and not on their phones. Only wish they had more activities geared toward their "theme" of the week!!!! But overall- fabulous ?”
