In the past, I stopped at this goodwill every time I was in the area! Loved the enormous variety of things and more than likely walked out of there with a cart full.
Don’t t know exactly when it changed but the last 2 times I stopped, I was shocked! The prices were so high on everything, I wondered how anyone could afford to shop there. Everything I picked up was either broken, or dirty and needed to be trashed. I walked away and will never return. They went from prices everyone could afford to so overpriced you could buy brand new for the same price.
For a completely donation center, meaning items were given to them at NO CHARGE, they are point blank ripping people off by the ridiculous overpriced junk!
So, think where the president of Goodwill resides, and then where most of the people that frequent these stores lives, IMO the math isn’t adding up!!
I will never shop goodwill again!

Lots of merchandise to choose from! The prices could be a little lower, after all it is USED merchandise!

I regularly shop Goodwills in my area for the past 20yrs. I Stopped in to shop Goodwill on Mayfield 6/10/24. I was SHOCKED at the total inconsistency and pricing of everything in this store. There are no "general item" pricing signs like "Tops $2.99" "Pants $4.99" etc. every single piece of merchandise has a sticker and is a different price. They use colored tags however there are NO discounts on any of the colors??? Basically their price points are 30% over average pricing at every other Goodwill I've ever been in. They're in Cuyahoga county and I have a Goodwill points card for Cuyahoga county, however, "Mayfield store does NOT participate in the points program".
WOW! Guess I'm not shopping Mayfield anymore.

big place, lots of options, and prices are to be expected from a goodwill. however their three fitting rooms were almost always in use, and the cleanliness was subpar. wouldnt recommend

Prices as of past 6 months to 1 year have Skyrocketed, you get the stuff for free through donations. Seen stuff priced way high too the point where you might as well get it at a regular store. Double edge sword tho, I'll just wait till it goes too the bins and get it for a fraction of your guys prices

Some of the hangers are cracked and it cut open my finger. So i went to get a paper towel to stop the bleeding, I walked into the bathroom, and walked right out, it has a terrible smell, and no paper towels. DIRTY AS HECK. Granted it is a thrift store so I didn't expect much but the bathroom being clean is a necessity. If I had to say something good about this place though is that they had a nice array of appliances.

This is the dirtiest location I have ever been at!!!!! The service is horrible!! Make sure u do not have to use the bathroom while shopping it looks worse than a porta-pottie after a browns game....I walked right back out and straight to the check out!!!! Stopping here definitely put a damper on a great day!! Good thing all locations are not like this!!!

The Mayfield store is good however it is impossible to shop by the furniture space in this store. It’s piled up, crowded and aisles are usually blocked. Other than that I enjoy shopping here and found many cool things!

I enjoyed this goodwill. The only thing I dislike is the amount of things that went into the garbage. Our landfills are full enough and there are so many people who have fires and disasters that lose everything they own that would be blessed with the things that get thrown away. I would like to see a free bin created at all the goodwill stores considering that fact and I would also like to see paper and plastic recycling as well as the cardboard
