If I could go lower than 1 star, I would.To directly quote an employee at the Akron/North-Canton location: "This company has too many hands in the cookie jar."The lack of communication between all of their "sister locations" is astounding. I spent almost 40 minutes making an appointment/submitting insurance, only to be called back 10 minutes later and told that I was fed completely incorrect information and the shop I had JUST SCHEDULED WITH, is not able to perform the service on my vehicle.I then took a half day off to drive to Akron from Mentor only to be told that they were refusing service on my vehicle (due to a computer fault?) and I could reschedule for another day..Completely unacceptable and I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Just use Safelite.

Told me 3 hours for install. Done in a little over a hour. Polite. Helped me determine my cost & insurance claim status. Highly recommend.

Service is horrible my insurance company recommended Gerber.. they worked on my Bmw and I'm sure they used parts they had in stock had to send it back general manager ordered the parts like they should've done the first time.. in the mean time while they had my car the back bumper was hit and they did absolutely nothing about it... Never again will my car get service there. Not to mention the dirty grease spot they left on the interior

These guys made the the entire process as painless as it could be. Fast next day service at the best price I could find. Proper fit with matching factory tint. The representative was friendly and professional. The Tech that did the repairs was Friendly and professional. The Tech went the extra mile to remove all the broken glass even inside the little compartments under the floor.

Terrible. Kept pushing dates back, not returning phone calls. Man if I had a dollar for every time Mark called me with and I'm sorry or oh our bad. Wasn't the techs fault. Terrible office, no experienced management, no communication skills either. Terrible with people.
