Worked with Eddie on a new titan. I called 5 other dealers and he was the only one out of the 5 that got me over the goal line with the truck and deal I wanted. He took my internet sales lead serious and we got things done over the phone! Eddie is great. And so is this dealer.

Have had issues every time I have gone to this location. Most recently they lost my boyfriends keys when repairing his car. If you have another location you can go to even if it’s a lil further it might be worth it. The service guys at the desk aren’t very friendly but everyone else as far as the sales staff and administration is very nice ( only reason for the two stars)

If you are looking to buy a car, look no further! March yourself into Ken Ganley Nissan and ask for STEVEN HOHS! I promise, you will be met by one of the most kind and respectful human in the car business!
I had been browsing Nissan USA to find a Certified Pre-owned 2020 Nissan Maxima SL and I found it at Ken Ganley. When I called, I was fortunate enough to be connected with Steven. Steven was so nice and patience with all of my questions and sent me pics of every inch of the car. Did I mention I live in Dallas, Texas? Yep! An out of state purchase, and it went flawlessly. The whole process took some time, but he made sure to stay in contact with me almost every single day - giving me updates a long the way to make sure I felt involved and safe throughout the process. Once we wrapped up the finance part, Steven even set up the transport for me. I didn't have to do a thing. Before I knew it, my car was on the truck and heading to Dallas! The transport company got my car here safely and on the day it was promised. The car is in immaculate condition and drives like a dream!
I'm telling you, this guy is an incredible human being! I have bought a lot of cars in my days and I have never been met with such kindness, and honesty.
Thank you for treating me with dignity and respect throughout the entire process, Steven. You are going to far in life with how you treat your people.

Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I out in there that I would be waiting. When I got there they told me I would be waiting for 4 hours because they were short staffed. I get that but then I should have been told before I showed up that there would be that long of a wait. When I told him I couldn't wait, I asked for my key fob back. I was told it was in my car. I had to park on a side street. When I went back to my car they had the window rolled down with my fob sitting right on the console. Very disappointed. This was my second time bringing it in forcservice. The first time I went, the gentleman ( the same one) acted like I was stupid and informed me that I should have my oil changed every 5000 miles. Well the first time I had my oil changed I was out of town and they didn't put a sticker on my window. Ganley didn't put one on either. I will not be back to get any kind of service.

I returned a leased Frontier to this location on Tuesday with Bobby. No issues. Great experience. I was considering a Rogue to purchase. I attempted to return our leased Murano this morning and was told they don't accept lease turn ins from other Nissan dealerships. I was literally told on Tuesday that they do. And I did it! Nissan of Streetsboro and Nissan of Mentor confirmed that leases can be turned in to any Nissan dealership. These guys at Ganley in Mayfield were not willing to their job today. And as a result, I'm purchasing from Classic in Mentor. Great job guys! Mayfield Nissan gave me the line, "it's against our policy." Lazy move on your part today. And costly.

I came for a routine oil change, i have many times in the past. The service i received was poor, and i was told my car was waiting out front for me when it was finished but i ended up walking all the way around the building to find it. And they bent my license plate.
