I would rather get a root canal than go to this grocery store. Was a good store when it first opened and then I seen the people they started hiring. Like the 80’s song: Run far away!!

Overall it's a nice store. Products seem to be fresh and nicely stocked. There's just something about the inside of the store, visually, that makes it a less than perfect shopping experience. Maybe it just needs a little makeover or touch-up to really bring out the personality of the store. It just seems a little sad and mopey.

I called and asked about when the fresh French bread will arrive, the person on the phone said 8 am, when I was there at 8, I couldn't find and the person there said it is 10 am. So I had to get nonfresh bread and drive 40 min to get it. It was disappointing for me. I was planning to host a guest and serve fresh bread in the breakfast but u could not.. and vast that much time and money... I hope they will be more careful in this kind of issues ...

They have a decent selection of health food and its fairly fast shopping there. Its open until 10 pm every night as well, which, for that area, is actually a plus.

Place has really gone down hill. There is never anyone working, and those who are there couldn’t care less about helping. Spent $65 on steaks, buy 2 get 1 free. They didn’t apply the discount. Called and spoke with a rude manager and her boss, the only way to remedy their mistake, is for me to drive a half hour back to the store. This is unacceptable. They screwed up, and their solution is to inconvenience me even further. What a joke.

Some of the staff at this establishment are extremely rude and condescending , I was spoken too aggressively and intimidated by a well I shouldn’t say gentleman that works in the deli department name John . I think he was having a bad day and nearing the end of his shift… I guess I just happened to be the person he decided to take it out on . I do not feel safe in this store . Some people shouldn’t work in customer service . Ps I felt threatened because he said “you don’t know who I am” I’m not the one to play with …

Horrible customer service and unacceptable behavior from management AND staff. There will be no surprise if these stores close the doors! They don’t work hard to keep it up!

Good selection of healthy and hard-to-find foods, competitively priced with other local grocery stores. Some dry goods can be bought in bulk here which is nice.

Poor management and overall customer service. There are a few workers that understand assistance however most do not training should be provided. Product selection okay however despite being convenient to pick up some item I do not care to do my full shopping there and after most recent incident may avoid altogether.
