I wanted to update my backsplash in the kitchen with tile and the process was easy from picking the tile, to having them come in to measure, to having a wonderful man, Refino, the installer work his magic. He did a wonderful job and cleaned up every night so it was clean when he left. I highly recommend them.

We couldn’t be happier with the help from Wendyl and Tyler in the showroom!! They were awesome and helped us choose the right flooring for our new build at a great price!! They answered all our questions in a timely manner and communicated everything!! Jesse and Chad were the installer that came out and they were true professionals!! They did an impeccable job and treated our home as if was their own! What a great experience we had with the whole Floorz Team!! No need to ever look anywhere else!!

Terrible experience here. Contractor told me I was short a few tiles so I ordered an extra case. Next day found some he missed and canceled order. Then I was told it was non cancelable. Tried to get me to take the case ($191.00). Disputed on my credit card. Fast forward 1 month. Decided to do another room in same floor. Said I’d take the case and 1 more. They upped the price because they had a “dispute fee”. Wouldn’t transfer to store (fuel costs are high). I bought similar floor elsewhere.Update 2/6 after Floorz response:Get your facts straight before you respond. I never asked for an expedite. I merely stated I needed another case. Next day I canceled. I only put it on my credit card because the sales rep didn't get the pricing right after I had already written a check and didn't have another. The dispute fee somehow increased to $35 from the $25 I was told last week. I was never "asked" to pay the original price + the dispute fee. I was simply up-charged on the reorder. I never received a "contract" the 2nd time. Simply a receipt from my CC. I was never informed it was non-cancelable which started the whole ball rolling down hill. The 2nd order was place on 12/19. I received an email on 1/3 stating it was in your warehouse. If you received it in 48 hours, I wasn't notified.Your response is further evidence of why you're not worthy to do business with.

My wife and I had a wonderful encounter with Floorz they did our floors in our home an done a great job. Their worker was kind and hardworking, and they were a joy to have in our home. Please check them out you will be glad you did. The salesman in the office showed us everything and made us feel welcome. their prices was good and now we are happy.

It has taken me far too long to write this review. I had a flawless experience with Floorz to replace our bedroom carpet. Their selection was excellent, but my contact there, Wendyl, went above and beyond to get large samples for me for other styles I had seen online. After making my choice, the installation process was swift and professionally completed. The installers were friendly and extremely careful. I have used other area carpet stores in the past, but it will be Floorz from this point forward. Total confidence.

Very pleased with the product and installation that Floorz did for a fairly strange room in my house. The engineered hardwood looks fantastic, and the installers were able to handle some difficult angles and steps in a bedroom. Highly recommended.
