“My laptop computer crashed. I don't mean there was a software glitch, I mean I recklessly and violently exposed the machine to Newton's third law of motion. It wouldn't boot. I took it to Target PC and they quickly diagnosed the hardware issues and possible remedies. They also let me know I could get the thing working again without an expensive replacement part with the pros and cons of that solution.
