“Purchased a new computer from this location ended up needing to stop in for some assistance, and I was greeted by the geek squad representative, who goes by the name, The Governor. He was super pleasant to work with, got the store manager involved and resolve my issues along with Sherrie immediately. It was unfortunate that I had to come into the store, but a pleasure once I arrived, I would strongly suggest using this location extremely great customer service.”

“My wife ordered something online and had it shipped to the house. After we assembled it, it just wasn't to our liking.
She stopped in and talked to the manager about returning it even though it was assembled. They had to have her contact customer service and after a little time on the phone with them, they allowed us to return it.
She came home, we packed it up in two cars and drove back to the store where the staff was helpful in taking it into the be store and completing the return.
