My review is based more on lack of service rather than service. I scheduled with their scheduling service over the phone. Provided my information and my dental coverage. Was told they accepted it and booked accordingly. After this I received confirmations etc confirming my appt. I arrived, filled out the new patient info and sat in the waiting room just to be informed several minutes later that they don't actually accept my dental plan and was refused after going through all that effort. The caveat is they're listed as a provider on my dental plans website just to double confirm. So if you have a HMO or DHMO don't waste your time. You will make it to the door then get turned down.

My hygienist Suzanne was absolutely wonderful today. She was extremely thorough. She took the time to make sure it was all done correctly. She was very patient and compassionate to my comfort throughout the procedure. She is the perfect definition of someone who cares and has pride in what they do. I truly wish there were more just like her. Thank you again Suzanne. You are irreplaceable!!!

I had a very bad experience at the Mayfield Heights branch yesterday. I will be going there today, to see the owner, who was not in yesterday. The guy checking me out was very unprofessional. He kept asking me for my credit, or debit card, to pay for yesterday's visit. He told me that I owe $581.00, and would not even listen, when I tried to tell.him, that I am covered by insurance, for the entire amount. I did not pay the bill. I will get his name today. This took place in the front of the office, where several other employees heard what was going on. No one even tried to help me, I am very distraught.

they took me in and had my insurance coverage then after visit chared me and then told me they didn't except my type of insurance witch is absolutely insane how does this happen

Amazing care. I chipped my front tooth days before a wedding and was worried I wouldnt be able to get it repaired in time. The FANTASTIC people at Dental Works went well out of their way to schedule my repair last minute and did an absolutely stunning job. Thanks to them I can smile confidently at the wedding.

Very friendly facility was immaculate had a very pleasant experience well that all changed as o f July 24th 2024 very unorganized was scheduled for appt left work 3 hours early secured transportation after I sat there for half an hour they come tell me I have to reschedule because they didn't take the proper xrays for the procedure furthermore I received no instructions for being sedated prior to appointment dental anxiety to the roof just to get sent away not good customer service passed off and still in pain

Susanna was very kind and professional. She was thorough with the cleaning of my teeth and explanations as she progressed through my service. Susanna made sure I felt comfortable coming to a new office after being with a different office for 20+ years.
There was a delay due to the dentist/doctor being held up with another patient. She was a little sharp with her answers when I asked questions. I will attribute that to her frustration with the delay upsetting her schedule.
