Clean, the people in the pharmacy are nice and always know you by name and greet you each time they see you. Really have nothing to say about the rest of the employees there, they don't really talk to you or acknowledge your presence there unless you're at the register and ready to pay. The stars are only for the Pharmacy Staff.

When you call this pharmacy regarding a prescription problem, it is impossible to get through. The phone response choices. Just keep taking you to Covid information and scheduling. If it asks "some thing else?" And you respond with anything along the lines of ask a question, speak to the pharmacist, etc., you just begin the decision response tree again Every question you may have should not necessitate a trip in person to the pharmacy counter

I like CVS. I like the app, the coupons and the dollars back I receive for shopping there too often. CVS is my go-to store. When I'm up in the Mayfield area I stop here for about anything. Sometimes I buy a special from the email coupons I receive. Sometimes I get photos printed. I may also get a large Arizona ice tea. This store's merchandise is organized differently than others so I like hunting for different things. The seasonal items are very nice.

I think CVS Pharmacy as a whole has an issue... This particular Mayfield Heights location actually has an excellent pharmacy manager, but she does deserve time off. My incident was called to corporate, and was assured that an area supervisor would call back.. I did get a call, but from the Pharmacy Manager, who again is very competent, so even the corporate area supervisor could apparently care less, and just handed it down to the manager. Those reading this, remember, what you pay as a co-pays is only a small fraction of what CVS receives from your insurance, and this equals high profits, real high profits to CVS. The old corner drug stores were the best, and I'll certainly be seeking, even if inconvenient due to location an independent, who may really care about a customer, especially when realistically they profit in the thousands of dollars annually from each individual customer, after the co-pays is received.
