Almost every Sunday the garbage rooms especially on the 4th floor are filled with rotting garbage just thrown in and stinking up the floor. I call emergency maintenance but most of time it takes till Monday before its fixed

I've been a residence here for about 11 years. Ray is always professional and accurate when repairing and maintaining the building.

Coppertree is a great place to live. Location can't be beat. Grounds and buildings are well taken care of :)
