Purchased a new computer from this location ended up needing to stop in for some assistance, and I was greeted by the geek squad representative, who goes by the name, The Governor. He was super pleasant to work with, got the store manager involved and resolve my issues along with Sherrie immediately. It was unfortunate that I had to come into the store, but a pleasure once I arrived, I would strongly suggest using this location extremely great customer service.

I had the phone warranty to replace my screen. They didn’t tell me that in order to keep the warranty valid I have to keep the broken screen protector. $40+ now to replace

I paid for zagg protectors. I was told do not have any. Then did not carry anymore. I asked for stores in 50 miles. Person made audible sighs ad if I was causing a problem. At no time was I asked to have a seat. This went on for 15+mins. As a senior citizen, thought abt manners and I did not seat myself. If you were not going to carry this anymore. Send me an email like you do everything else.

This store used to be my favorite in the area, having become my normal tech store and television mainstay after I stopped shopping exclusively at the Mentor location store #168, that was years ago and between two recent visits the salesmanship and worker ethic has gone downhill considerably.
Not only did not one single worker greet me or even ask if I was finding everything okay, loss prevention was on their phone watching youtube instead of mo notoriously watching the store like usual. Also, with no welcome to Best Buy type of greeting. After a second chance, I left the store and didn't purchase the Samsung OLED TV and soundbar, nor the wall mount and instead went across the street to Microcenter to get my 75 inch masterpiece and some extras because the service was superior there and felt appreciated with those hard earned dollars.
I'm only 2 starring this because of a great first visit to the tech bench, I wouldn't shop at this location again, between Mentor, Microcenter, and Amazon I can get what I need going forward.
