I placed a order on line 4/7/24 received notice for pickup 4/13/24, then received another notice 4/14/24 stating order was cancelled after they received payment… I was not aware my order was ready because I did not receive notification in time for order pickup … Sales Associate did nothing to accommodate but gave excuses about their automated system…. I won’t be returning to the store again or ordering anything on line from them again ????

A store filled with lotions, soaps, and body wash for both males and females. A bit pricey, but if you go on the right days, you can come out alright. Thank you Bath n Body Works

I 've enjoyed shopping at Bath & Body Works for about 25 years! As always, the store was clean, well stocked and orderly. The workers were pleasant and friendly. My online order was found quickly. I've never had a bad experience at any location of this company. The items are pricey but I don't mind paying extra for such high quality products.
