First time i went in to ask how i may get rid of monthly fees. They said im too poor (min of 15k) and have an unqualified job (direct deposit). So i asked if this a form of punishment for the poor and a way to transfer money from us to the rich via fees on the poor and interest on the rich. At least they gave me an ashamed yes. Bye bye bank.

Worthless staff.15 minute wait for a teller ALWAYS. Empty but noones ever ready to serve you but the hostess. I just wanted a cashiers check that I get FREE. Teller refused to accept cash, processed my debit card then said I had to fill a deposit slip for a deposit to pay CASH for a cashiers check! He understood I was in a rush and had waited 10 minutes already…he continuously antagonizes me “this is go take longer, that’s going to take longer”. Most unprofessional & overstaffed branch.

New to Ohio, drove all over Cleveland and it's suburbs to find an actual Financial Center not just an ATM. Finally found these guys and they were so immediately helpful, friendly, and offered future services. 10/10

Waited over 30 minutes past our scheduled appointment, only to find out that what we were there for wasn’t possible, which they should’ve been able to determine when I initially called and asked over the phone. Wasted nearly 2 hours because of it.

Outstanding customer service. My wife and I moved to Chesterland and were looking to switch banks. Mauricio and his colleague answered all questions, plus was courteous and professional, explaining all the benefits and perks of being a BOA customer. 5 star bank with knowledgeable employees, we would definitely recommend.

When you read reviews you have to decide for yourself which to believe or not.. Some people become disgruntle and post bad reviews even though they are responsible for their bad experience and don't own it!!!I have been banking with BOA for a long time(over 10 years) even before they came to Ohio. Most if NOT all the times I've went into a BOA financial center thought the US or dealed with Customer Service on phone has always been a pleasant experience!I came to this Financial Center location and I must say that everyone I came in contact with today was friendly and pleasant to deal with!So I am NOT sure why the 1 stars!!!It is so NICE to have an Financial Center so close to be able to take care of business that can't be done over the phone or mobile app!
