“I am still giving this place a good review because this place was a nice & better place to live at than another apartment complex I lived at for 3 years in Mayfield heights the management staff and the maintenance staff were nice and friendly I knew Ray the Maintenance guy from another apartment complex I lived at I lived here for a a year they had package lockers I chose not to renew my lease here because I have been wanting to move to the Akron area since October of 2017 because of new scenery at my new place
the only complaints I had were fire alarms constantly going off all times throughout the day & night both randomly sometimes they were false alarms being pulled and sometimes when the fire alarms went off I saw smoke and I also smelled smoke I also had a neighbor who had roaches that came to my apartment who asked me about them I said to him no I don't know anything about them I kept my place clean I had a cleaning lady clean! Even other people stayed my place was not dirty they have seen worse
also the washers and dryers from coin machine who they used kept breaking down in the laundry facility along with washers leaking and I almost slipped in here luckily I was okay ?”

“My shower wasn’t working at all. So, I put in a service order for plumbing, and Joe Cianfarani arrived promptly the next day! He solved the problem and remained professional, courteous, and diligent! GREAT JOB JOE‼️”
“I’m a resident here and my toilet and shower was not working back to back. James the maintenance man came out both times and fixed both my issues. He went above and beyond and replaced the items that were messing up so I wouldn’t have any issues in the future. He was really nice and thorough and explained everything perfectly! He’s definitely amazing at his job. I really enjoy living here at Willoughby Hills Towers!”

“We were residents of building 4 for 2 years. Best place ever. Safe, secure, and clean. Repair service was always timely and neighbors were typically friendly. Our dog loved the space and dog park. Only reason we left was due to work changes, otherwise was in no rush to leave the complex.”

“Nice appartment. Nice office and maintenence staff who were polite, professional, prompt and helpful. Good neighbors. All around Nice quiet community and a great place to live. The upkeep of the grounds was excellent. I'd recommend dover to anyone. They really try hard to give the tenant a good experience.”
“.........UPDATE DEPOSIT WAS RETURNED I'm giving them 2 stars until my security deposit is return. I moved out on January 31,23 and have yet to receive my deposit.i spoke to lady in the office (seems to not care about my concern about my deposit) said they have 45 days to return a deposit.state of ohio says 30days. If I don't receive my deposit by march 8,24 I will be filing a claim with the court.”

Thankfully I was able to get help from the great staff at Highland Woods Towers & Gardens who really helped make it easy to navigate through the storm of questions I had and worries. “That's one of my part-time jobs W/ my client it's fair, I'm not going to say it's the bom!! cause it's not,,it's a low income building, I believe. & When I arrived there in the morning it is a small amount of people that hang out in the parking lot & outside of the building. When you park in the parking lot it is uneven it's like a downhill extremely wopsided ground,, so if you're visiting someone there be ready to climb a hill be ready to pull up or down the hill exercising your legs will really be tired, if you're not used to walking.”

“I'm leaving a review for the West building at Gates Mill Place. I just wanted to say that Ms. Anita Williams, the resident service representative, is the best! She's always smiling and has a bright attitude. My son is a resident at the building going on 3 years and every time I visit she's so pleasant. I asked her why there isn't any soft music playing in the lobby, because it seems like it would brighten the area to match her energy. She said it wasn't allowed. I don't know, but from all of the work that she does in the building I think that would be nice. It's just a suggestion but either way I think. K & D knows how to pick the the right people. Thanks”
