Dear cashier, Ciara.
My experience with you today was disgusting. I have not had a cashier with such a low customer service ever in my life, and I worked as a cashier myself. I was checking out with one single item while others had way more than that. Your lecture about me not using a spacer bar didn't go unnoticed. Let me explain. As a customer, I am always right, and you need not express your eritation to me. If you can't understand this simple rule, I suggest you find a job isolated from customer service. A factory would do you good.
Dear Aldi management, I hope that you find this review helpful in training Ciara a proper behavior as an employee of well-known brand. I will not be shopping at this location because of my experience and will advise all to do so too. There are other locations and stores near, that would not tolerate employees with poor attitudes.

They need to open at 8-8:30AM. Every other Aldi will be open already but not this one. 9AM is just too late for a grocery store. Much more catered to later evening shoppers and not early risers. Most of the items are usually in stock. Store is clean. They have great pieces for pumpkins in the fall. Staff is always great but like why do you all not open until 9AM???

This is a larger Aldi's and feels more comfortable shopping in because of that. It's clean and typically stocked . Staff are friendly and stock interesting.

I was very pleased to find the item I was looking for that was on sale. Then one of the women working there showed me exactly where it was so I didn’t have to struggle to find it. It was early morning, and so pleasant to get through the line quickly and have a friendly cashier at the end of my visit.

Rude cashiers, some people really don’t need to work in customer service. No one makes you fill out an aldis job application. I rather spend more and go to Whole Foods where people like their lives. I’m not spending money to feel uncomfortable that’s silly.
