“I felt nervous going here for the first time because it was so busy and I am not used to having about seven cars behind me waiting to use the pump as well. It does require a membership card to be able to use the pump. Most of the lines seem to move fairly quickly. There is quite often a tanker truck at the station putting more fuel in because so many people use the pumps.”
“This would be five star had they stocked the windshield washer fluid and squeegees. It's been 2 months now and you can't clean your windshield when you come to Sam's club.”
“I have used Costco gas in many places across the country in this particular place it was clean and well attended with staff available to help you no matter what type of situation you may need from forgetting your card to trouble at the pump. Costco has lots of things for the consumer to feel good about 1st of all the quality of their gas is excellent especially for the price point and I really need premium and it's anywhere from 10 to 20 cents a gallon less than is in the general market. It's a great value. The quality of their goods are also excellent in the store. Including lots of organic food in the crazy value of their $5 roasted chicken just like a miniature turkey. But most importantly, they pay a livable wage for their average employees, including health care and benefits, and I always want to support a large a large retail box store that does this type of thing”
“I am like a kid in a candy store when I enter this place. There are so many products, from all departments. It can seem a little overwhelming because items are placed all over, and sometimes, it seems to be unorganized. Overall, I do not mind it being cluttered because it gives me a better chance of finding a product I wanted/needed for a great price. I tend to look at everything in every aisle and most just scan, which I'm glad they do, since they miss the best deals and then I find them! ? So just know if you go here, just take your time and maybe you can find what it is you want/need at a reasonable price!”
“My first appointment was last week. I had OD Patrick Henry. He was great, gave me great detail and didnt make me feel rushed. Somewhere along the line my trial pair of contacts were not ordered, so I am awaiting a call back to see what they do to rectify the issue. I will update my rating once there is a solution. Update- got 2 pairs of trials for the inconvenience. Updated my rating.”
“I use Costco tire service all the time. They are quick and efficient. I only had to wait long once but, that’s because they were short staffed. I waited patiently and Drake who took care of me was very kind.”

“I didn't have any issues were pleasant to work with, I did forget to get refund on my tire disposal fee. I will see about that my next visit. For the price I got the tires for I had no issue with taking a chance on the store. Michelin defender 2 225/55/r18 with discount was best price around. I double checked tires and car didn't see any issues.”
“I love Sam’s BUT the gas station needs some order. It is total chaos with cars allowed to come at the pumps from any direction. People get blocked in. It’s ridiculous. Learn from Costco! In and out. So smooth. All you need is a one direction in and one direction out.”
“This store has lots of employees who are good at engaging and asking if any help is needed. The prices are pretty good. We usually have our go to items but still shop around a bit. The selection is a bit off. There are many more items available at other stores we frequent like Perrysburg and Columbus, OH.”
