We have been coming to this store for almost 15 years for all our cell phones. The employees are knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. They do a great job at helping us find the best plan and phone deal each time we come in. While other locations are often third-party vendors or authorized retailers for Verizon, this is a direct/corporate location, and no matter how many times we've shopped around, the employees here always seem to find the best deal for us.

Unbelievable, i would give one star if I could. The only thing they care about is selling phones and scooting you out the door. Obviously, any request for help or service results in being told to spend 4 hours giving your personal information to someone in another country even when, quite frankly, it's their fault you're even in the situation. This is just the new normal I guess.

The manager, Nathan there was absolutely amazing. He jumped in when the line got backed up got me everything I wanted at a lower price and the other chain Verizon store and I was out in no time.

visited the store today and was met by Lana upon entering, who gave my daughter and I five star customer service. She was so knowledgable in all of the products and services. Lana went above and beyond in explaining everything to us. We upgraded to a fifth line and were more than satisfied with our products. Thank you Lana!

They were less than helpful. Were glad to be rid of me. Did not help with my problem. In sesrch of new caerier for my phone now.

They were better than their retail stores but couldn't help me with the mess created by their retail store despite being corporate. We had to call and get everything sorted out with customer service. I will never go into a Verizon store again. It is easier to deal with their customer service over the phone.

We came in on the weekend to set up my partner’s new phone. They got a great offer through Verizon to get an iPhone upgrade and we came into the store hoping someone could facilitate transferring everything properly to the new phone. We were greeted at the door by Kyle and they sat us down and talked us through the entire process, including an estimate of how long it would take and total cost. Kyle was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and felt like they really cared about us as customers. While waiting for the transfer Kyle helped other customers so no one else was left waiting for help and multiple other employees came by to check in on us as well. They even let me use the bathroom in the back of the store, and set up an iPad for us to watch sports while we waited. The whole experience was painless and went by quickly thanks to the great staff!

Went in to buy a type c wall charger & had a horrible experience. The “UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER” couldn’t figure out how to ring it up so she sends me to another associate and he takes me to a kiosk and without warning me before I put a 50$ bill in there that it would be put towards my NEXT months bill.. so unprofessional. Not a good place considering switching phone services also. Do not recommend at all 0/10

So I have a lot to say about verizon, We were customers for 29 years and our bill was getting outrageous. And that's with not having any new phones. We stopped in to see if they could give us any deal or change our plan to make our cell phone bill more affordable. And he literally said well if you do Automatic payments online we will give you twenty dollars off your bill. Hilarious! That was really a great help. So now we switched to a different service provider. I'm glad you take care of your long time loyal clients, not. Verizon got too big and they don't really care if they keep customers or not because they will just keep raising the bills of their existing customers. An unfortunate truth.

Amada helped me set up 2 new phones and transition all my data, PW's, pic's etc. from the old phones to the new phones seamlessly. The people in this store seem well trained, friendly, professional and helpful. I highly recommend the Maumee Verizon. Also, for me, it was worth paying a small fee to have them get the new phone up and running.

Adam at this store was fantastic. He was so patient as our family was indecisive while choosing all of our accessories. He answered all of our questions and helped us immensely. I will come back just because of his customer service.
