The manager, Nathan there was absolutely amazing. He jumped in when the line got backed up got me everything I wanted at a lower price and the other chain Verizon store and I was out in no time.

visited the store today and was met by Lana upon entering, who gave my daughter and I five star customer service. She was so knowledgable in all of the products and services. Lana went above and beyond in explaining everything to us. We upgraded to a fifth line and were more than satisfied with our products. Thank you... read full comment

They were less than helpful. Were glad to be rid of me. Did not help with my problem. In sesrch of new caerier for my phone now.
