You would think it was the middle of COVID with the skeleton crew they have running the place. Literally BARE MINIMUM requirement of workers at location. It does not matter the time, nor day of the week; EVERYTIME I go into the post office I see a line of 5-10 people in front of me. I wish I was exaggerating. I'll be using UPS or FedEx as the last 8 trips across 3 different USPS post offices was them staffing the bare minimum and ridiculous lines. COVID IS OVER, HIRE THE STAFF YOU SO DESPERATLY NEED.

It is one of the worst USPS in the area. Uninformed staff, rude, "not my job," and downright unpleasant people that work there

I have never shipped a package before, and wanted to send my friend extra continuous glucose sensors that we no longer need. No insulin, no pills, just the sensors. I wasn't aware the post office didn't send medications/prescriptions. I didn't think a sensor would be considered a medication per se, but okay fine, rules are rules, I have to find another way. But the lady was pretty rude, not being kind, and said she has to charge me for the package I wrote on. I still paid the 2 dollars plus tax but she didn't make eye contact or apologize for any misunderstanding. Nothing, and then tried to hand it to me as I said I don't need it. I was really upset over still being charged.
I won't ever go to this location again. It's the post office, be kind to others. I was very kind to her.

Very friendly staff who were super helpful. There was no wait to enter or to be served. It was one of the quickest and best experiences I've had at a post office branch. I am very glad to have access to such a great experience and wonderful workers!

Half way through a transaction the emploee I was working with decided to close. She slammed down the door in front of me and told me I had to start all over on the self serve machine. All the forms that she had me fill out by hand (which I had just completed) irrevelant and I had to start from scratch on the machine. The employees at this location are extreamly rude and do not care about the customers. Would highly recommend going to a diffrent locaiton.

The manager here took the time to research that a package I brought in was returned to me in error. Then he had the parcel resent at no charge to me . A rare good service for a semi govt agency .

I am not 100% sure why this happened but I came with a prepaid QR code and a pre paid printed label and I was told I needed to pay for tape. However the older white male in front of me with a printed QR code only was printed a sticky label from his code and was in and out hassle free…UPS re-prints any label for free. I wont be using this post office again, or I’ll ask my Caucasian friends to fulfill my shopping needs.

Super nice staff; I go out of my way to visit this location even though others are closer because everyone is always so helpful and kind. I rarely wait for more than 5 minutes for help and I'm always pleased with the service I recieve.

This is the worst post office I have ever been to in my life, and I have lived in 6 states plus one foreign country. For sure I will never go there again, but perhaps that's why they are so rude and antagonistic to customers: they may just want less work. They refused to tell me what options I had for getting confirmation of receipt for my mail. "Brittany" started screaming at me (a little old lady), when she wasn't even the person handling my mail. My guess is they must be evaluated by how quickly they process transactions and how much money they bring in, NOT by how well they provided the customer with what they wanted. I will have to put a little more carbon dioxide into the atmosphere by going to a post office farther out of my way, in order to get proper service.

The post master, Rob, is the most rude person I have ever talked to. He couldn't care less if your package gets delivered or not.
