If you have your labels printed you don't need to wait in line there's a table where you can leave your package. Walk in walk out. If you do need to have them print the label it doesn't take long.

Useless. First they misallocate my package in Maumee and send it back to Columbus. Then it gets send back to Maumee within the same day. But then it does not deliver the next day, on a Saturday. They let it sit until Monday! Customer service does not exist anymore - the phone computer just hangs up pretending it can’t recognize the tracking number 3 times. The chat bot is also useless. I have not been able to get through to any actual person at UPS. But thank god the union took care of the outrageous pay increases for this useless company.

Definitely might wanna change your hours for the pick up portion of things. Website says you’re open till 9pm but you are not. I’ve been waiting over 5 days for my package that was supposed to be delivered today but “nobody was home” even though I was home all day and didn’t hear not one knock on the door not once, I opened my door to a note saying no one was home although I definitely was!! I called and had my package sent to the pickup warehouse and the worker told me i was able to pick up my package after 6:30 pm. although it says yall are open till 9 you most definitely are not. It currently isn’t even 8pm as im writing this, and not one worker was there to give me my package. This is a HUGE inconvenience for me as my prescription for my seizures is inside of that package. If you aren’t open till 9 don’t tell your workers to have their customers come pick up packages after 5:30 pm.

Expensive to ship. A less than 12" bag weighing less than 1.2 lbs. Shipped to New Jersey was over $14. Ridiculous...
