Garbage, receiving guy left earlier, the passed me to shipping department to get me unloaded, wasted my day, I had to cancel my next pick up. Waste of money ? waste of time. Good luck

05/07/2024 @ 500 hrs Picked up here and a loader loaded my trailer. I went down the road . Rainy day .stopped to take a nap , woke up and pretriped and found a mess on my rims I thought it was a blown seal till I looked at my drainage kazoo . So I came back to shipper had them unload it , took it to Blue beacon and $7.00 bucks a minute $435.00 bucks for a washout that the loader caused oh it's water soluable ink made a big mess . Now the broker posted me . Never again ...BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE ...

Not a bad place to drop off.But I would be remiss if i had failed to mention that I got here at 7:00 A guy with sunglasses came to the window around maybe 7:15 or 7:20 he told me to go into dock seven there was a trailer occupying dock seven. Waited for about 15 minutes and then went back inside to notify the guy at the window. Went back to my truck and waited until a staff worker came and walked me inside and started to complain about this guy at the window, showing favoritism to the white drivers over the black drivers now currently in a door and it’s 10 o’clock .Just thought I’d mention that and we gotta do better as people especially when we’re “ supposedly “ in a professional environment.

You better have a pick up number starting with 004, generally they are pretty fast getting you loaded but not the last two times. I give them my PU# and cellphone# to call me when ready almost 2 hours later I walk in to see what's taking so long, and everything was ready sitting on the desk no one called me. Oh well that's the business

8AM appt, arrived 45 mins early, gave me a door but would not start unloading until appt time. Empty by 930AM. Facility all the way to the back of facility, very tight, empty trlrs scattered around the loading docks. Staff somewhat tolerable.

Load ready at time told to us, loaded and out of dock in 20 minutes monitss. Plenty of parking to take a 10hr break.
