Very friendly staff & very clean store since a new manager started there 3 years ago. The store is so organized & the music being played is 80's (nice). This store is so family / neighborhood oriented. Regardless of the prior comments, the Coolers are working good & the Product on the shelves are fresh. Awesome job S&G!

This place refuses to sell alcohol unless you allow them to scan your driver's license or state ID. This action would allow them to obtain and store a person's personal data including name, date of birth, address, ID#, heigth, weight, ID expiration date, and in some states Social security number. The law says that they can (but are not required to) scan IDs in order to verify age and legitimacy of the ID. They are doing it across the board to everyone regardless of age. I will never give a penny of my income to this place again.

I worked there for two days and was hired in as a assistant manager and was just slapped on a register pretty much to figure it out myself and was watching someone else get trained for the same job but not the same title she was just a cashier and when I asked questions I was just looked at with complete disgust and pretty was made to feel like I was an idiot… horrible place to work even after two days I felt as I wasn’t apart of a team I was apart of a cult at least that’s what it felt like… thank you Sidney S&G appreciate nothing u guys thought u did

walked into a store that used to be a marathon in troy and asked to use the bathroom.. the attendant stated that it was "closed" i asked if it was busted and she said " no i just cleaned it" i said " so i cant use it because it's clean?" she said " no it needs to be clean for the next shift" thinking that was a bit messed up i asked for the owners name and number then she told me it was a corporate store and they dont have the number for the higher ups.. so i ask for the mana
