The staff and facilities are nice the problem is they keep raising the rate every 3-4 months. Its almost cheaper to move out then back in every 6 months

We just got a storage unit at this facility, as a last minute thing. Everyone that I had spoken to on the phone was so kind and helpful. When we arrived, it was easy to figure out because they were so informative in their emails and text messages to help you get set up. We went for the cheaper option, so we were on the second level. We were dreading having to carry a million totes, but we noticed then left out those rollers carts to help us be more efficient. That really stood out to me, and I am glad we chose this place!
