I had a problem matching up my paint. I called the district manager and he had me go to the Maumee, Oh store. The two assocaties at this store went out of there way to match my paint job. I was very impressed how this was handled from the district manager to the store employees. This was great customer service. Thank you

This is one of the few Sherwin Williams I actually don’t mind going to and it’s all thanks to Payton. He knows what he’s talking about and is always super helpful that guy needs a promotion. Gotta hire more people like Payton
