I’m giving a star to the friendly staff, but wow. This is the third time in the last 6 months I have waited for 1-2 hours for a simple blood draw. I would poke myself with a sharp stick and smell my blood to gauge its contents before I would come back here. Luckily, there are several Perrysburg locations.

This use to have good staff to draw your blood but I don’t know where this unskilled (in my opinion) people come from.I will try to upload the picture of my butchered arm that’s a result of missing my blood vain.Are these temp workers or trainees ? Why is the system changed to now no one is called until it’s sometimes 8 people in the waiting room, and 4 or 5 are called at a time.Do you have them doing other things cause it’s no patience back there to get labs done from what I see.As for me, I will be making the extra drive to Monroe street for labs.However the receptionist are top rate but sorry the management of lab workers not so great.

Staff is friendly in the lab but every single time I go the wait is very long over 20 minutes sometimes 30 minutes or longer.

Receptionists are always fantastic, however I am getting tired of waiting almost an hour to have my blood drawn. The last two times I’ve been here I’ve waited upwards of 45 minutes. This time specifically I’ve been waiting over a hour and still have not been called. Really obnoxious and not everyone has the time to waste an entire day.

At Beaver Creek Promedica Lab they were very busy but still patient and pleasant. The phlebotomy technician who drew my blood was so skilled that it was painless and successful the first time.

As I type this review I have been waiting an hour for a blood draw. Make an appointment-I did not although they are so backed up even if you do you will still likely be wasting your day here. I have never waited this long at a lab and will not be using this one again.

Here for a blood draw and people have arrived here after me and I am still sitting here!! I even che ked to make sure I was checked in and I was told I was next, now 3 more people ha w gone back before me.

I have been here twice and both time it was crowded with delays. The delay is MUCH shorter if you schedule through the app online but still delayed.

People are extremely rude for no reason. Cant answer simple questions without disrespect and act like doing their job is the end of the world.
