Terrible customer service, very rude tellers, long lines and a "do it yourself" mentality. I'm sorry, I thought this was a bank that PROVIDED services not "you'll have to use our website or call our 1-800 number.". This location is the WORST!

Kay Walters has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in banking. I would bank someplace else.
