Very nice and efficient. I went in for a blood test. I don't care for needles. We were chatting and she was done before I knew it. I never felt a thing. I highly recommend them.

I don't typically write bad reviews for places, but I felt this one was important. I'm a younger girl who was somewhat nervous to go in for the testing I needed done. My wellness coach told me I needed to have the testing done before noon, because my testing needed to be shipped same day and she knew the FedEx truck typically came around noon as she refers out to this location frequently. I walked in and went to the front desk, where the lady who was working (older lady, short light hair) physically shut the window on me when I walked up. I stood there waiting for her to say hello, or ask how she could help me and instead, she looked up at me three times without saying a word and then told me through the window "I don't know why you're not signing in." I've never done this before and didn't know I needed to. Then she told me rudely it was going to be over an hour wait when she didn't even ask me what I was there for. I asked her if the FedEx truck had already came and if she thought if I waited an hour I would still be able to catch it and she said, "I don't know what you're talking about. We don't have a FedEx truck that comes," which I knew wasn't true. I left without signing in and took a breath in my car for ten minutes and went back in after calling my doctor who told me to just get it over with since I was already there. I went back in and waited thirty minutes for her to help me. The only reason she came to the front was because I physically called the front desk so she would come up and see me sitting there. By the way, I was the only one on the list. It wasn't going to be an hour wait. I tried asking her a couple questions when she finally came to the front after 30 minutes of being gone, and she still had the window shut and was short with me and visibly irritated. I was finally taken back by the nurse who was a complete doll. She is the only reason I'm not leaving one star. She had a short dark bob and was so nice to me. She even told me "Don't worry about her," as if that lady is always like that and nobody likes her. The nurse knew about the FedEx truck situation and told me it had not come yet and that it was going to be okay. She knew I was frustrated for sure and was doing her best to comfort me. Horrible experience apart from the nurse, and I felt like it was definitely because I was younger and she felt like she could treat me that way because of my age.

Checked the day before on whether to make an appointment…none needed. They open at 8 according to their signage. No one there. Stayed 20 minutes. Nothing.

I was just there today at the 2 o'clock hour the phlebotomist was very impatient my daughter is scared of needles she told me she couldn't poke her if she wouldn't stop i had to calm her down and I've been there before and i never experience this behavior and she wouldn't accept my new insurance because it wasn't printed out waiting on my hard copy either she didn't car for blacks or the fact my daughter looks didn't match her name

Don't go here go to promedica on Beaver Creek in maumee instead there's a reason the reviews are so low. They treated me for a blade because the doctor didn't complete all the information he was supposed to complete like I had any idea.

Have been getting my lab work here for many yrs. Always friendly, professional and completed in a timely manner. I arrive early usually around 9am. Highly recommended.

There was only one person working. I was the only patient in the facility and waited for 20 minutes before I saw anyone. I finally got up and called out to see if someone was there. I shouldn’t have to call out when the door has a bell on it. Ridiculous. I won’t be back
