Worst pharmacy I’ve ever used, would not answer any of my calls and waited on hold multiple times for no one to answer. When I got there the employee was extremely rude told me I had to call ahead for my prescription to be picked up when I tried multiple times and had to leave and still wait two hours to get my prescription. This happened on multiple occasions

This has to be the most unorganized pharmacy in northwest, Ohio. The amount of incompetence that flows through this pharmacy is unimaginable. They are terrible with communication and how are you going to not have prescription? And then, when jumping through loops with your provider to get a different prescription that they claim to have, they didn’t say they don’t have it. Fire, everybody or close it

Let me start by saying if I could give this location a negative rating I would. One star is giving this place way too much credit. This is one of the WORST pharmacies I've ever been to in my life. The customer service is absolutely horrible!! The staff (techs) talk to you like you are trash and the pharmacists are no better. If you do deal with this pharmacy ask for their a name and title or ask to see their badge if in person. Often times they will try to cover their name badge to avoid being held accountable for how they treat/speak to customers. Which in my opinion, is terrible.Due to the large amounts of one stars reviews I know I'm not the only one that has had similar complaints. Absolutely terrible customer service. Desensitized staff who does not care about quality treatment to people or getting their prescriptions to them timely and accurately. Even when they make mistakes, they do not try to rectify the situation and instead continue making it more and more difficult to simply get your prescription. I am shocked that they even still operating with the rude staff that they have. I try to have grace and assume someone might just be having a bad day and I also understand that mistakes happen. However, looking at all of the other one star reviews and with no response from anyone, it’s obvious they don’t care. Very unfortunate. I literallyhave never had a smooth experience with them. I will be changing pharmacies as soon as possible.

This is one of the worst pharmacies that I have ever been to. They will lose your prescription and have no explanation for where the prescription is. The lines are extremely long, and the customer service at the pharmacy is extremely poor. The pharmacist, Alan see Wagner is one of the worst pharmacists that I have ever encountered. He is extremely rude and unprofessional while I was speaking to him he turned his back. He spoke in an extremely disrespectful way. I would not recommend anybody to visit this pharmacy ever again.

Got in line to get my medication before their scheduled time to close at 6PM. I got to the front at 6PM after the others in front of me and they told me they would not fill my prescription. Put a closed sign in front of my face and did not have any hospitality towards the customer that has been sitting in line. Ridiculous and unable to have my medication tonight.
