Been waiting on the phone to be answered for 14 minutes. Might be longer. Haven't spoke to a person yet. Trying to check on prescription. There are enough workers that someone could answer or hire someone just to answer the phones. This isn't the first time it's happened

Just a terrible pharmacy I've been staying in Maumee for a month have never been able to reach them on the phone only way is to talk to the customer service desk and have them get them to answer phone. Corporate why don't u try and call it team from a outside number and see how lazy they are the Lima, Ohio Meijer is way better then this dump

They used to have an app that you could refill ypur prescriptions. It was just for the pharmacy. They got rid of it with no notice. I tried to refill through their website and three days later they never received my refills. I had to try that because the original link they sent expired before I could click it and 4 days later, no updates from that. I am low on meds because of this and will no longer use this pharmacy.

Meijer Pharmacy is very easy to contact via phone and the staff is always friendly when you call - often going above and beyond my expectations (based on other pharmacies I've dealt with). If you're frustrated with your current pharmacy due to long hold times or long fill times, consider transferring your prescriptions to Meijer Pharmacy - you won't be disappointed.

Line has been very long most of the times I went here.
They claim they did not receive an order for medication that doctors office sent to them several times.
Their phone app and online account plus text alert service doesn’t work at all.
Despite having eight people simultaneously working they are super slow and inefficient. System seems very chaotic.
Switched to Kroger and they had the prescription available immediately and the friendly person working there was able to sign me up for text messages and IT WORKS.

It works. Always a line now that the ridiculous expansion of pharmacies has come to it's inevitable conclusion, but better than some, that by relevance of location are overburdened.

I signed up for Txt updates and I get random txt but never regular updates. Have to call in to the folks who are already too busy. One person there shows they are overwhelmed by being very rude to both me and my wife on different occasions

We've only used them for about 6 months and they have had multiple issues filling prescriptions. We've been given another persons medication labeled as ours. Thankfully we noticed the difference. They don't update prescriptions when new ones are called in by the doctor until you arrive at the pharmacy. So you are forced to wait an hour or make a return trip. Unfortunately our benefits card is no longer accepted at Kroger. We have had 0 issues with Kroger pharmacy in the years we've been using them.
We frequently use Meijer for our grocery needs but will no longer use the pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever used, would not answer any of my calls and waited on hold multiple times for no one to answer. When I got there the employee was extremely rude told me I had to call ahead for my prescription to be picked up when I tried multiple times and had to leave and still wait two hours to get my prescription. This happened on multiple occasions
