I ordered a carnation bouquet for my wife jobs promotion. I ordered them online and when they delivered it was nothing like what I ordered. I contacted the company I ordered from and they agreed I didn't get what I paid for. Lee winters agreed items were missing, but still would not redeliver the correct bouquet. I was embarrassed on what Lee winters sent. I live in Columbus and my wife in Toledo. Worst customer service ever. When you agree you left out parts of the bouquet, but refuse to replace the bouquet just put a big damper on the celebration.

Sent a sympathy bouquet to funeral home for my aunt. I went through Telaflora, as I am out of state. Paid for a premium arrangement-bill was over $100. Becky the owner sent 4 white roses with 3 burgundy flower stems. I cried when I saw it. When I called Becky she felt this was acceptable, based on the monies she receives from Teleflora. Not acceptable. What a disgrace to small businesses.

Would not recommend. Ordered via FTD and was very disappointed what showed up. They were wilted and looked nothing like the arrangement delivered (specifically size wise). Pictures are day of delivery, 3 days later and what was shown on website.
Update (response to owner below): I did report the issue to FTD via online form both on the delivery day and a couple days later. Also it is horrible business practice to put the onus on the customer to try to correct an issue when this could have all been avoided if you just delivered a quality product to start with. Based on the number of customers who have posted similar issues you shouldn’t act like this is a one off event - this is just the horrible product you deliver.
