I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. The entire experience was awesome from start to finish, the car is great. Raymond was my salesmen, and can’t say enough good things about him. I would recommend Jim White to anybody.

Last month I took my vehicle in for maintenance alerts. Chad was an amazing service rep and very friendly. He got my car in queue in a timely manner, checked for warranty coverages, and made sure I understood what it was that needed to be fixed. I have a lot of anxiety about car issues and he made me feel very comfortable. When I showed up for the fix appt he greeted me promptly and gave an accurate wait time. Paul was the tech who fixed the issue with my car in a timely manner, and did a great job as I've had no issues since. Thank you!
When I bought 3yrs ago, our salesman Josh was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the vehicle that was perfect for us. He did not pressure us to buy more than what we needed. Thank you for the great experience!

The worst buying experience I ever took part in! Whether you purchase a new car or used the service department is managed by the most unprofessional service director and apparently it’s ok for him to yell and degrade customers that come thru his department.
I never spoke one word to this man prior to me picking up a used car that had several issues that needed repaired.
When I was preparing to go over the bill with the guy at the service desk a man in the back started yelling at me saying “THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME YOU GET SOMETHING DONE FOR FREE”!
I was standing there waiting to see how
much I owed and was pretty much shocked by his comments! I said to him as the entire service department, workers and customers looked on that I couldn’t believe he said that to me! then he yelled “YOU PURCHASED A USED CAR GET SOME RESPONSIBILITY”!
If this behavior to customers is acceptable it speaks volumes about the people that let it happen!!

Ray was amazing! We got screwed by Thayer Honda and Ray stepped in and got us a BETTER car, BETTER trim level, in a BETTER (premium paint upgrade) color, for LESS down and SAME monthly.
Thayer Honda took a deposit from us to get a car we wanted, and then when they found out we were at another dealership, they delayed getting the car (even though we paid the deposit) which caused us to lose out on that car.
Then Ray from Jim White stepped in and reduced the cost of an upgraded car so we could still get approved on a similar color we wanted. Thanks to Ray we have a moonroof, remote start, and much more for the same monthly payment Thayer offered!

I just got my timing belt replaced and while it was getting replaced the mechanic claimed a different part just was so brittle it broke...so they charged me $200.00 dollars more in addition to the $1,200...I was already paying. After getting the timing belt done...My wife drove it for a couple of days and it broke down...I found out that the Radiator fluid was empty....indicating it had a leak...after taking it to my hometown mechanic he discovered that the water pump was leaking. Now if you know anything about cars the water pump is in the engine so while the timing belt was off those things should have been checked. I paid $800.00 more dollars to get the water pump replaced by my hometown mechanic. While he was talking to me he informed me that the water pump and timing belt come in a kit and that it is highly recommended to replace both while getting the timing belt done...as it is a simple thing to add and doesn't cost mush of anything since the engine is already apart. I called Jim White and as a few questions about if it was checked and why it wasn't caught and the man on the phone was very rude belittling me as a client and trying to make me feel like an idiot for even asking such things. When I asked about if there was anyway to get a bit of a refund he basically just tried to get me off the eventually hanging up. I have never been treated so poorly by customer service anywhere and was really taken back by how customer service acted on the phone. I bought my Van from Jim White but after the treatment I have received I will never do any business with your poor company again. Oh and basically I paid you $1,400 dollars for nothing because the timing belt got replaced with the water pump by my hometown mechanic who actually treats people like human beings. Very, very disappointed and upset with the treatment I received especially in todays economic state...I would advise everyone who reads this review to take your business to someone else who actually cares.

We ended up purchasing a vehicle here because ultimately the price and the model suited our needs. However I can not recommend anyone shopping here. The used car sales manager Brian Hall will lie to your face. He and his team made the entire process unnecessarily complicated. We had to jump through multiple hoops and play games just to get a price of the vehicle. Then Brian acted like I was a jerk for saying what he offered on our trade in was too low. He offered 4k for our vehicle, which was about half what he should have offered. He then proceeded to tell us that they are selling for 9k (not true) and then he has to put 1500 Into it and make a 2k profit. He gave me 5k to shut me up.
It is currently listed on their website for $11675.
I would have much rather him tell me "I have to make a profit, and 4/5k is what I am comfortable offering to do that."
Instead he fed us lies about what he would list it at, what it was worth, what profit he would need to make, etc etc.
They got our money, so I know ultimately they could care less about us or this post. They do not care about how they treat their customers. We were a money making opportunity to them, full stop. We will not be doing any services or future lirchases with this dealer or any other Jim White dealerships. I encourage you all to shop elsewhere.
