Bought a few standard maintenance parts online for an older vehicle which all arrived in good shape. The two shock absorbers I ordered, for a favorable price, arrived in punctured boxes despite what seemed like an extra effort to put tape around the box. A tip for next time would be to put more tape on the ends of the boxes. In any event, the shocks were still in the boxes and looked undamaged. I would order from Jim White Honda again, but maybe think twice depending on the size/weight of the part.

My gas tank lid wouldn't open on my Civic to get fuel. I was worried I'd run out and not make it home. We first spoke with Brad at the service desk and then saw Sam at the Service Center. Sam took care of the issue quickly and pleasantly! Thank you Sam!

If I could rate it a zero, I would. Manager is an absolute jerk. My vehicle is in their system, they sold me the incorrect transmission fluid. I dumped one bottle in my vehicle before checking the label-- trusting that the guy gave me the right fluid. Called parts department and the guy couldn't believe his fellow employees mistake. Asked the manager for a flush because of their mistake-- they brick walled me, wouldn't do anything to right their wrong. He said that as far as he was concerned, we asked for transmission fluid and they sold it to us. He did exchange the fluid I had, but wouldn't do a flush, discount on additional fluid so I could flush, or anything. Acted like it was my fault. Checked with another dealership and this type of transmission fluid has never been used for any of the pilots. It was phased out of any Honda vehicles after 2014. I have a 2018 pilot. Put it all on the little guy. Sick.

We were traveling from Buffalo when we lost a cylinder due to piston ring failure. They diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes of our arrival at 10:30 am. Mechanic stayed until 7 pm dismantling engine. Came in at 6 am next morning to install piston ring kit overnighted to them. We were on the road with 1/2 engine total rebuild by 2:30 pm that day. Incredible service, excellent motel recommendation and communication throughout, free rides. Best service I have ever had from any dealer ever.

Everything about leasing/purchasing my Honda has gone wrong. My name was not correct on the paperwork. On top of this- I had a paint defect after a year and a half that took them MONTHS TO FIX. When they did fix it at the Jim white body shop, I was getting an error that said keyless start issue immediately after. Took it back to the dealer to be diagnosed. Waited 10 months on the part for that. Turns out that wasn't the issue. They had my car for days trying to figure out what was wrong with it. Finally I asked for a rental which Dave wasn't going to give to me. The HRV I got was filthy and smelled. Basically whoever had it before returned it and it hadn't been cleaned/detailed. Dave asked me a bunch of questions on my car. Asking if I had it serviced anywhere else or it was in an accident. I brought up the defect. He went back to the garage and brought me my ripped out copper camera wires for the keyless start module that have been exposed for 10 months held together by electrical tape!! The body shop screwed up the car. The dealership misdiagnosed the issue because they didn't want to take the time to properly find out the issue. If I could give them 0 stars, I absolutely would. If I ever purchase another Honda, it would not be here. They also outrageously quoted my mother in law for a fix on CRV. Do NOT purchase a car or have it serviced here!!

You think you found a place you can trust. Then they do things like try to get you to spend $600 on a service on something that is held on by one screw and will take you 15 minutes to do. Fun fact. I bought the part from them for $40 and it literally took me 15 minutes. Don't trust these stealerships with your car. They don't want what's best for the customer.

Tried their service department two times. The first time I dropped it off at 8 am for front brakes, transmission flush, brake flush, and differential flush. Told it would be done by 4pm. They called at 5 and said they weren't done and needed to keep it until the next day. Not done until noon the following day. Today dropped it off at 10a for a new steering wheel. Told installation would be two hours. After four hours had gone by, I called for an update. On hold for 10 minutes and then told they would call me back. After 50 minutes I called back and after waiting on hold another 10 minutes I was told they wouldn't be done until end of day. 7hours for a steering wheel installation with no explanation. I will look elsewhere for a Honda service department and likely would not buy another Honda from this dealer.

I haven’t dealt with the parts department or Jim White Honda in person, but I recently ordered roof rails for my CRV from them. I live in Buffalo, a few hours and 2 states away from Jim White Honda. However, they had the lowest price on the roof rails, almost $250 less than any other dealership. They were shipped within 2 days and delivered 2 days later.

First off, I would not recommend getting service from this dealership, especially if you are a woman who will be going alone. I went for a routine oil change (fortunately they got me in same day and there was an online coupon for $7 off). When I got home, I noticed my paperwork had the incorrect mileage on it. I went back the next day to get this fixed. First, I was told that "based on the mileage, you won't be selling or leasing this soon so there's no reason to fix the paperwork, and there is no way to correct this." I then asked how that would work should my engine need a warranty repair, given that the paperwork would show I waited too long for an oil change. I was then told that "there might be a way to do this but I don't know how." I finally said that I would be showing my dad the paperwork, and immediately was told "the woman who can fix this is on vacation, we'll call you next week." They did not call, I went back for the third time, and a very nice service manager quickly fixed my issue with no problem and he is the only reason I gave 2 stars. I 100% believe that I was treated this way because I am a woman who went to the dealership alone, especially since as soon as I mentioned bringing my dad in, they suddenly had a solution for me. I will not be returning here for service.

Our Pilot had a recall on it and they got us in right away. The service, professionalism and communication was great! They didn't try and tell us things that we needed in addition to what needed to be done. Yes, they made recommendations but we're not pushy about it. We did have to have one additional thing done and they were honest about how long the part might take. I appreciated that, but when we got there, they had found the part they needed and switched out right there. We will definitely be returning customers of theirs and I don't normally take a car to a dealership because of the upscale and the cost of labor they charge.

Bought my first Honda from Jim White I was told that they'd get the price I was looking for once I went through financing the price ended being more than what they told me. When I expressed my concern and how I was not satisfied with them the sales manager came up and told me theyd rip up the contract for the new car and not go through with the sale(which isn't what I wanted. I wanted a new car) and was told that the one sale wouldn't make or break their dealership which really made me feel like they didn't really care about how I felt and that my sale/purchase didn't matter to them. Moral of the story I'll never buy another single vehicle from them.
