“We have been coming to this store for almost 15 years for all our cell phones. The employees are knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. They do a great job at helping us find the best plan and phone deal each time we come in. While other locations are often third-party vendors or authorized retailers for Verizon, this is a direct/corporate location, and no matter how many times we've shopped around, the employees here always seem to find the best deal for us.”

“This Verizon store located in Levis Commons is excellent. I have been in there a few times and the service I am given is always good. Yesterday though the service was remarkable. I walked in the evening without an appointment to get a phone activated and Dustin was remarkable even among other good experiences that I have had at the store. Extremely courteous and knowledgable and efficient. Found great deals for me to take advantage of and solved the activation issue on just a few minutes. He even texted me at the end of the day following up with everything and giving me an update on the orders. I cannot speak highly enough about Dustin or the rest of the crew that was working on the evening of 7/25/2024. There were other people in the store being helped and I took notice of how professional, courteous, and efficient the entrie staff was. This is the type of service and experience that will keep me as a customer. Thank you again Dustin.”

“Every employee at this location went above and beyond to help me with switching over to a new plan, purchasing a couple new devices, setting me up with WiFi, and fixing a technical issue today. I left after making my purchase and had to come back right at closing time because I was having some problems with my new phone number. When I came back right before close they treated me with the same warm, friendly, and helpful experience as when I walked in the door earlier in the day. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service. I will not go to another T-Mobile location for any problems or future purchases in the future. Jon-Luke and Ray were the gentlemen that helped me primarily with the first visit and I couldn’t remember the third employee who was equally as welcoming and helpful. I was very impressed with my experience today.”

“Lovely resolve my problems while I was there but it's really hard to sign on to Verizon for some reason one phone signs on and the tablet signs on the other phone gives me a fit keep taking it back and it keeps doing the same thing I don't know if it's the phone or their system but overall that particular store was very good at helping”

It was frustrating not to be able to do what I wanted to do, but they understood my frustration and had workable solutions that, though requiring extra steps and an extra day, still got the job done.”
“Tim U. was great! He made upgrading my phones quick and easy! Call me old fashioned, but I still appreciate face to face customer service/assistance when dealing with technology! I really hope his bosses keep him at this location, DON’T MOVE HIM!
