This branch doesn't work with the customer or find out from there manager if they can. Seem to be too busy to care! Been doing wire transfers for years with Huntington and this location told me I couldn't do same day wire transfers with cash (needed to clear) how does cash need to clear? I've done this same transaction at Sylvania, Lambertville, Laskey, and now Heatherdowns Today with no problem. Maybe more staff training and customer service who cares for there needs is needed or learn from the wonderful staff at Heatherdowns branch who cared about by needs. Bree took the call and even asked her manager had no problem at all. Melony did the wire transfer and was very professional and quick.

If there was a way to give no stars and say what I want to say I would.I was in because someone picked up my card (I thought I just misplaced my wallet, but apparently someone found it).I told the teller that I wanted to withdraw all available funds and lock my card for now because I was at work and needed to get back- I didn't have time to file a claim right then and planned to call after work. First of all, despite knowing I was in a rush she proceeded to tell me multiple different personal stories- that had nothing to do with the transaction. Next off, when she asked me how I wanted the cash back I answered "20's and under" and she handed me 100s. I didn't argue because, AGAIN, I was in a rush. After, I asked "do I get a receipt?" and she instead printed me a statement, which DID NOT EVEN INCLUDE the transaction she processed. Afterwards, she explained to me that in the future I can lock my card through the mobile app.Fast forward to today, as I had to wait for pending transactions to clear before disputing the charges. I am left feeling STUPID for trusting the teller to do what I had asked in my rushed and frenzied state. Because there is ANOTHER PENDING transaction today from someone who ISN'T ME. She never locked my card like I asked.I am BEYOND frustrated. I've never had this kind of service before! This now is going to FURTHER POSTPONE over $500 being returned to my account. Ridiculous. This definitely makes me reconsider who I bank with.

I first spoke with Taylor over the phone and she was great! I was excited to come in the next day and meet with her but I got to meet with Becky and Becky is so knowledgeable, so passionate, and really gets you on the right track with your personal situation. Becky is a rock star!! Thank you!!
