Kaitlyn Kretz was INCREDIBLE to work with.
This was our first home and her thoroughness, and prompt communication kept us at ease.
Everything was explained thoroughly and personally as to how and why it mattered in our situation/zip code.
Throughout the entire experience she went above and beyond to explain different savings options so that we could make the best decision for us.
She gave us breakouts for each home promptly which helped us gauge where our payments would land in comparing different homes in a market where decisions had to made same day.
This was incredibly helpful, and made all the difference!

I can't speak highly enough of the primary person that assisted me with a recent loan - Jim Burrington was great !! He was extremely prompt in all communications (phone or online) and followed up on everything he promised. Even when the title company didn't perform, he stepped in to shore it up on my behalf. Pattie at Grande Financial is just spectacular. She was able to help us refinance our home for the first time. The whole process was so smooth and I believe that is because of Pattie being such a hard worker she will go above and beyond to make sure her clients are well cared for. Today was our second closing with Pattie Webster and it was flawless. Yes, the underwriter required a bit more than expected, but Pattie got us the lowest rate locked in early. Everything was able to be done online even the signing of a lot of documents which saved a lot of valuable time running back and forth. Pattie kept us up to date on everything every step of the way. By far, the best!
