Reynolds Road store maumee ! Couldn't get a call back for days ! Paid cash ! Furniture was delivered and not set up as I paid for and guess what. Can't get no answer again !!!! Guy was nice to take my money. I changed it to 4 stars because owner made it right and sent someone to do it..

We just purchased a bedroom set and the delivery guys. Ripped and tears in the mattress and didn't install the drawers correct. They had to send a service guy put to fix the drawers and repair the mattress. The service Guy juan we had to call him to see what they where going to do. The repair guy said he couldn't repair the mattress and told us he called the service management to let hi. Know the status of the mattress. The service guy told us he never called him . Wich was a lie cause he told he was calling him when he fot in his vehicle. We received no calls from the owner, juan will call but won't leave a message. So now we have a mattress with tears in it . Stay away from this company.

I was in Furniture Palace Sat the 14th with my husband and I was looking for a living room set. When while walking through we heard a man yelling about don't lie on me, then we found out that the man yelling was the store manager Jason. He was very rude and unprofessional. I'm quite sure that there was another way to handle that. I mean he was yelling in front of customers and yelling at a customer, it was time for us to leave. If that is how treat customers and act in frout of them we don't want to do any business with a place that treats there customers like that. Jason needs to learn some people skills.

I don't know what's worse at this place the customer service or lack there of or their so called delivery driver's.

Wife went there on a Saturday. Salesman wrote up an order price quote with a $50 delivery fee. She took me there on Sunday to show me. She gave the quote to a lady there, the guy she spoke to on Saturday was off. The lady's attitude changed immediately to being very rude and then we were told delivery would be $150. Since I have a health issue we agreed to it. When delivery showed up it was still wrapped in shipping material. They asked where we wanted it and they put it in the middle of the living room and said , there ya go and left. No thank you or anything. Wife had to remove plastic and cardboard and put the feet on and move it to where she wanted. Very rude and unprofessional service. Will never shop there again or refer anybody to go there.
