I had a very unique situation. No other company would even talk to me. Scott came out to evaluate the situation,and offered me some options. The company sent out very courteous and professional installers who worked constantly to complete the job. Needless to say, I would definitely use Floor Coverings International again.

Tell them to send Scott! Very professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and treats your home as if it were his. He will send guys back to fix anything that needs to be taken care of and will actually work with you. You’ll love this guy and you’ll love their work! I work in commercial construction and Floor Coverings international will be the only company touching my floors. They had a schedule ready for us and explained how the process would work. You can’t go wrong here. Oh, and I got four quotes before Scott arrived and he was Hands down the best. I think they are affordable compared to some of these other companies.

Wonderful experience! The price was reasonable and the service and resulting floor excellent! Scott was so helpful and easy to get a hold of each time I had a question. The men installing the floor were professional and very careful with my things. I highly recommend FCI!

I was scheduled for an appointment, no one showed up or called. I called 3-4 times and was directed to a corporate number who knew nothing. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Flooring Coverings International had completed my entire house and basement flooring!! It was a great experience working with a flooring company which actually showed up on time and kept me in loop all through the process from choosing the carpet, delivery date and Installation date. I highly recommend FCI for any of your flooring needs.

Rude. Salesman was late and smelled like alcohol... Nice response, I know exactly who I'm talking about. When I called back to talk to a manager you said you were the manager and owner and then when you found out who I was you hung up on me. I called in the midst of my relative having their floor installed by your company, I'm glad it didn't work out because they had a horrible install. They got pushed off twice and ultimately the installers did a bad job.

I am very satisfied with this company. They were very prompt and professional at removing the old carpet and putting in the new one. Also cleaning up after they finished the job.
